We ordered the 4ft Christmas tree on the 18th November, delivery was expected on 8th December, still nothing! No email, phone call, courier details. Jack Sh1t!
I’ve emailed, called - no answer, can’t leave a message. I would appreciate it you can process a full refund immediately.

I never received my chopping board. The owner ignores my emails. I wanted to cancel and have my money back. He ignored that email. The 2 emails i have received, ther first said it would be delivered on around 19th November. The second email said it was nearly finished. I received notification on 4th December from DPD, but they still haven't received the parcel. This was just a delaying tactic. The owner says he has problems moving to his new factory, has a depleted work force and has other problems. I am trying to get my money back through my bank.

Never received my order. No response from seller when I enquired after it. No different to a bogus company.

Delivery not as slick as expected but probably somewhat overwhelmed with orders. Kept informed though and arrived in time for Christmas.

Love the soap dish. Great quality. Delivery at three weeks maybe a tad on the long side.

I ordered a 4ft alternative oak Christmas tree on Nov 3rd 2025 . I emailed a week later to ask about shipping . No reply . I managed to find a telephone number and spoke to Steve on 12th November ( he told me about his divorce affecting his business but reassured me the tree would arrive a few days later )
No tree , no response to further emails and no communication. The telephone now has a constant engaged tone .
I’m so disappointed. The money has been taken though . Will it arrive in time for Christmas.

I needed regular updates on when to expect delivery which eventually took over three months. I do understand there were background issues beyond their control but it was quite an anxious wait at my end.

The biscuit jar was just as I expected as I had previously received the Tea, Coffee and Sugar jars which are just stunning. I definitely want more to add to my kitchen!

The tree is absolutely lovely, exactly as described, beautifully made with a useful bag for storage. We are excited to use it for the first time this year knowing that when we take it down it will be so compact and easy to store. We also appreciated the communications about an unforeseen delay with delivery. Thank you!

I ordered over a month ago, no communication, I have phoned and emailed and spent £400.
Shocking service-you are asking for feedback and I have not received my items yet!!

UPDATE 23/10/25 - Following this review, I was immediately contacted by the seller and dealt with in a very professional and polite manner. Within 2 days, my item has safely arrived and is beautifully made and of a very high standard. As a result I am happy to change my initial 1 star review to 4 stars. Thank you.

7 weeks and still no item or response.
Placed an order for a 2ft oak alternative Christmas tree for a cost of £107 plus £6 shipping on 30th August 2025 and despite 3 attempts to contact this seller for some reassurance that this item is being processed, I have heard nothing to date.

Having now seen a growing number of negative reviews on Etsy, Google and here on Trust Pilot, this company clearly have a serious communication problem and lack of respect for their customers.

They are not entering into any dialog having taken my money and therefore, as others have said, I would avoid this company at all costs.

Paid £182 for a bifold door stop off this company 8 weeks ago and still not received it, sent endless messages and they just don’t reply. Worst company I have dealt with in years. Avoid like the plague
