Poor Communication.
The product, patio door stops, is five star. Unfortunately, the service fell a little short, the expected delivery date was not met and I had to chase on several occasions with promised return calls not happening and an e-mail not being replied to. The reason was, apparently, a move to new premises but better communication would have resulted in a better than three star review.

I’m truly sorry that our communication let you down. You're absolutely right, we were in the middle of relocating our entire workshop at the time, and while that’s not an excuse, it did unfortunately disrupt both production and customer service far more than we anticipated.
We completely understand how frustrating it is to have to chase for updates, and I’m sorry that promised callbacks and responses didn’t happen as they should have. We’re a small team, but we’re working hard to improve our processes so that future customers receive both the high-quality product and the smooth experience we aim for.

UPDATE- item arrived today, very pleased with item. Shame about the delays and lack of communication but I have decided to increase stars. I ordered item in 29th April, update that order was delayed due to premises move yet now not responding to messages and still not received item.

We ordered 2 door stops on the 24 April…
We ordered 2 door stops on the 24 April and received them on the 20 May. The door stops are amazing and we couldn’t be happier with them but the customer service could have been better,I understand that there can be delays but I think the company needs to keep the customer more informed during the ordering and making process of this product. Having I said that I would recommend this company as the finished product was to second to none.

No response to emails or messages
Placing the order was easy. It was estimated my order would be shipped in a fortnight after ordering. When four weeks had passed I sent an email just enquiring as to when I might receive my order. I received no reply. I sent another email a week later and again no reply. A few days later I then sent a direct message via Instagram but again still no response. My item finally arrived almost seven weeks after ordering. I never received any communication to say that my order was delayed for whatever reason. Really disappointed in the customer service side of things.

I purchased a bird feeder and was charged on 8/19/24 and never received it and did not receive an order confirmation. Attempts to refund or ship the product have been unsuccessful with no follow up from customer service.

Could not have been better...
I have purchased two trees from this company. Both experiences were excellent. All the parts were milled correctly, and all the parts were included, along with a few extra spacers. Very quick delivery. Excellent customer service.
