I had a swift response from Tenant advice. Bobby visited my property to survey a leak from a flat above which is ongoing for 6 years. He identified multiple areas in the walls in my property which had damp and mould from the leak. Bobby also noted both the extration fan in my bathroom and kitchen were not functioning as it should. Bobby was so friendly and professional and explained the necessary steps they would take to make sure this leak is resolved once and for all.
