I am unimpressed by the recent reduction in distribution rate for Premium Bonds. Sends the wrong message to investors. The fixed term Savings Bond rates are also not very competitive.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience. Had and ISA with them for 6 years, then moved house and tried to update my address online, however their two factor authentication system didn't work properly, and just kept logging me out. Rang the customer helpline and this then led to me getting completely locked out of my account. It's taken me two months, multiple phone calls, online forms, forms via post etc to be able to give them my correct address, and to then regain access to my account, just because their postal/phone systems are poorly managed and archaic. Other financial institutions that don't have branches can manage these sorts of issues considerably more efficiently, so have now closed my account.
