Nil was very friendly and totally trustworthy when it came to diagnosing the issue with my boiler and fixing the issue. He ensured that he checked with the technical team to ensure his diagnosis was correct and fixed the problem within the hour. I highly recommend him and his customer service.

Emergency call out made at 6pm Saturday evening, they arrived and fixed the issue (broken cooker) by 730. Fantastic service.

I had the pleasure of meeting Nil regarding a kitchen tap, that needed changing. I was impressed how quick and efficient Nil is. He turned up with the right tools and tap replacement! Nil and Shaun replaced our Kitchen appliances just before Christmas, all done to a high standard, Christmas was great!!

From start to finish my experience of NP works was excellent. Nils went above and beyond to help me understand my plumbing and worked extra hours to finish it so I could get back to normal! I was amazed at the speed in which he replaced our radiators, advice he gave and the quality of the finish. I would highly recommend and look forward to using him for any other jobs!

The communication and work done were both excellent. Kept informed regularly about when he was coming, what was needed, etc. Very clear quote for the work and stuck exactly to the price. We had a really dodgy old fashioned washing machine connection that was leaking, they came whe they said they would, replaced with an up to date valve, didn’t take a liberty with the price at all. They were quick, clean and polite.

I had a great experience with Nilesh. He managed to fit me in for an urgent repair, advised what was the best approach for the fix, carried out the work quickly and tidily and then followed up a week later to check that everything was still ok.

NilIsh and Sean came at very short notice to sort our heating which was not working, they were very professional, sorted it quickly and helped explain the problem in layman terms.

Would definitely recommend for any heating / boiler issues.
