Have used Nil several times now. He always does great work and explains everything that’s going on during and after. Very professional too.

My boiler broke on a Sunday afternoon. I had another plumber come but the problem remained unidentified. Neil came and was quickly able to find the underlying problem as well as fix my boiler. He came late on a Sunday and at short notice which was really appreciated. Owing to the scale of the problem the required work was not able to be fulfilled on the Sunday, but given it had left me with no heating or water, Neil made sure that my work was prioritised on the following day which was really really appreciated. I cannot recommend his services highly enough, he was professional and efficient and we are really happy with the work he conducted.

Mr Nilesh, was really helpful ,and profesional, leading me step by step, through the boiler's settings ,and every thing needed to be done so both the under floor heating and the radiators to work properly

Nilesh was really helpful in suggesting a fix for problematic tap causing rattling pipes whenever system was used. Came and replaced the tap in good time. Very efficient and knowledgeable.

Professional, diligent and determined to get a positive solution.
NP Works was the fourth (4th) set of workmen to come round for my blocked drain. They were the last! I suggest to anyone reading this that they should be the first you call issues within their competence.
