Very bad throughout.
It took months to open an account, as their system glitched and won't allow me to log in. Although I didn't follow up as there are many excellent casinos out there, they managed to fix the issue whatever it was. and at my first deposit, it didn't go through but the money was already debited from my account I had to go and waste time with their customer service to get the money refunded. then the next time which was my first time ever playing which is just a test of their withdrawal speed, I usually play big they are asking for unending documents which I uploaded at the opening of the account l always do via the casino's automated KYC, of course, they won't use that and had to manually upload everything including pictures of the card used just to come back to me and see oh " you covered digit 5 and 6 which you shouldn't" clowns. closing the account never to play there again.

A couple of weeks ago the app was the best I ever used but now I regret ever saying that... Is incredibly useless to help me with my case... all other apps such as quinnbet bet365 boyles sports etc give you a cashout option after partially cashing out because there is still the persons money on the bet so basically you are kind of robbing your customers it's unreal it really is I hope you can fix this issue

Payouts can be very slow for horse racing. Sometimes 30-45 mins after race results. Every other site is instant. Also, every other betting site gives best odds guaranteed on horse racing. This is the first betting site I’ve come across that doesn’t offer this, which is shockingly bad! And this is the main reason I’m leaving this site very soon. The slow payouts are a close second to this

Good price’s some fun free games however be careful when buying special offers there are lots of terms and conditions and there website is ackward for horse racing when trying to place each way bets it doesn’t allow you place each way bets on golf so for the time being my advice would be use it mainly for football betting

I am sick of this betting site. Any time I am withdrawn money back to my bank account there is always a problem and I have to constantly get in touch with customer support. Novibet have all my bank details but I am always having problems. Stay away from this betting company.
