One of the rudest customer service members ever come across. Repeatedly told me no sign up that the offer I signed up for didn’t exist and that I was wasting my time. Turned out it did and free bets were awarded.

Worst online betting possible. After transferring 100 euro it didn't show up in the account. Therefore I missed out on a 33/1 bet on a match. I should be up 3300 now. Customer service just refused to compensate me for the inconvenience and were quite smug about the customer satisfaction side of it.

Terrible website, casino is garbage and withdrawal process is horrendous. They kept asking for a million verification documents and kept claiming I made a deposit from someone elses account. Customer support is useless and just replies with the same message using copy and paste.
