T-shirt was bought for my husband. We really liked when it arrived, nice quality. However it runs small and we needed to exchange for a larger size. When I inquired about it, I was told they do not take returns as the t-shirt was custom made. They offered my a 30% discount to buy another one. I declined as we don't need a second one, I just want to exchange for a larger one. I then got a second email for 50% off another one. Once again, I declined. They have lost a customer and I hope others who purchase from them understand they do not take exchanges.

Women "girlie" tee shirts ran EXTREMELY small. I normally wear a size 4 and the size medium I ordered did not fit me. I was told that this was considered a custom order and they would not exchange or refund me. They offered me 30%off on a reorder. What a joke! I now have a $24 tee shirt i can use for cleaning rags.
Sizing info should have been included with item description.

I love the shirts but I wish they offered youth sizes.

The package was weeks late and when it was received we couldn’t be more disappointed. The product was described as a miller SWEATER. What came was a cheap polyester sweatshirt. Just terrible.

This company is beyond incompetent when it comes to processing and shipping an in stock product. If you don’t have several weeks to wait don’t order from them. In addition to their lack of timely delivery, refunds aren’t an option. Stick with Amazon!

The shirt I got is low quality the symbol is printed not stitched and it too big and cannot be replaced . Not worth the money I paid for it
