Great product, terrific service!

The "service" was just fine. They got the order right and it was received in one piece. Then, came an email asking for a review. The link provided just sent me back to the order page with no option for review. I replied to the original invite to tell them the issue and the answer I got back insisted the product had been delivered and I should check with USPS using the tracking number provided. Yes, but that wasn't anywhere near what I was saying. Thank you AI.

I purchased this for my son as part of his 30th birthday gift, and even though it arrived after his birthday he was excited about it. He said it is light weight and fits comfortably.

The shirt is suppose to be size extra large but it was very small and not satisfied with the quality of the shirt that costed $35.00

Did not fit and Nouvette would not give a refund for return.

My wife purchased 2 SF giants shirts. She made the mistake of duplicating the order. Now Nuvette responds and says that the orders were custom and the duplicate order can not be returned. I am fairly sure that Nouvette printed these shirts by the hundreds and a simple return is out of the question. This company is shady and it will be the last time I ever purchase anything from this company. Not a great user experience at all.

The shirt was nice but was not what I thought I ordered. But they will send me another one. It took about 1 month for the 1st shirt and how I have to wait another month for them to send the correct one. Good thing I did not need for a event.

RUN AWAY - the worst company ever!!!!! Ordered an adult sweater that was not even close to the sizes on their site (would maybe fit a 12 year old). It was not delivered on time and the sweater was Chinese crap!!!!! They are likely a Chinese company scamming people. They never returned any of my 7 calls and texts (which is how they asked to be contacted on their website). When I indicated fraud to my credit card company they fought like heck with them and refused to take it back saying it was past the refund timeframe. NOUVETTE IS THE WORST OF THE WORST!

Sizing on sweatshirt totally wrong ….doesn’t fit. No way to return.

A piece of fabric was under the heat transfer print when it was made and it came off so now there’s a random hole in the print. I expected it to be a silk screen. It’s like wearing a plastic shirt cause of the huge heat transfer. The print quality is not good. Would not order from nouvette again.
