Extremely poor service and unreliable deadlines
I paid €400 for a power of attorney and apostille services in July 2025. The agreed deadline was Monday, August 5th, but I didn't receive my documents until August 6th - after multiple follow-up emails requesting status updates.
Major issues:
1. Missed agreed deadline despite full payment in advance
2. Poor communication - vague responses like "probably yes" and "we don't know for sure" when I asked about my documents
3. No proactive updates - I had to chase them repeatedly for basic information about services I had already paid for
4. Unprofessional handling - blamed external issues without providing specific explanations
The delay nearly caused me to miss my own important deadline, which would have had serious consequences. When you pay for professional notarial services, you expect reliability and clear communication, not constant uncertainty about when your documents will be ready.
I would not recommend this notary office if you have time-sensitive matters. Look elsewhere if you need dependable service.
