Do not buy anything from this company/person Elimosin Sophia Meyer. Absolute scam . Jacket was cheap Polyester, certainly not waterproof, nothing like the pictures advertised and had black lines all over the cheap fabric. Asked for a refund and told to send pictures which I did. Following that despite several emails from me no response and then my final email bounced back as the email address no longer in use. Had to go through my bank to get my 34 pounds back. Quite literally daylight robbery! If I could give minus star rating I would.

Horrendous! Waterproof hoodie came and I can’t even describe how cheaply made it was. It wasn’t even the described material, it was shiny like a swimming costume 😂 they made me jump through hoops afterwards when I complained but eventually agreed to refund me in full with no requirement to return the item they sent. Sadly they didn’t refund in the agreed time but thankfully I had paid with Klarna and they withheld payment as I had opened a dispute. I eventually got my money back but I’ll never buy an “on trend” item without looking into the company first.

There isn't a -5 star available, this item can't be called a waterproof hoodie, it is extremely cheap material that is in no way waterproofed. Item is definitely not as described, don't bother attempting a return for refund as after they send the return email address all further correspondence is ignored. This company should be appalled with the items they advertise & deliver and their customer service is non existent. Avoid at all costs.

Please please do not buy these "waterproof hoodies"... ordered mine 18.08.25... parcel arrived 2wks later and was absolutely nothing like what was advertised...shocking material and product...no resemblance to the advert ... absolutely awful... no return information at all...emailed straight away...did have a reply with instructions for return but had to send photos! Sophia said it would be 5-7 working days... so waited... 14 days later and she stopped replying to all emails... I was furious... reported her to the fraud dept of my bank and they have reimbursed me while they are investigating... I was adamant she is not keeping my money 😠 would give no stars if I could..

I ordered 3 lightweight waterproof jackets in various colours and what I eventually received was nothing like as seen when advertised. Shocking quality, not lightweight waterproof and after emailing Sophia several times was promised a full refund that has never materialised. Shocking quality and shocking customer service. A scam that I have unfortunately experienced!

I ordered 3 jackets never received them had contact with Sophia a couple of times reassuring me but now getting nothing n. Web site says delivered to a neighbour but have nothing

Same as the other reviews. It's a scam. Product not as advertised. Very cheap and not a rain jacket. They make you send them lots of info when requesting a refund and then don't reply. 6 weeks later and am still waiting. Just thankful I only ordered one because I know I'm not getting my money back!

PLEASE PLEASE do not send this company any money total scam, jacket not as advertised , shocking qualityand promised a refund that never materialised, have been emailing weekly chasing Sophia or whoever they are calling themself this week and heard nothing back, 1 star is too good, they are a total con a further update their website is now closed

Same experience as others, received a totally inferior product not what was ordered or even close asked about refund over a month ago with no success. Total scam.

Bought 2 'waterproof' jackets. Wish I'd thought to look for reviews firstly. What came was two awful, cheap, nasty completely porous tops. Have emailed several times but no response. Total scam company

Ordered waterproof jacket weeks ago and it never arrived even after being told it would arrive shortly. Requested a refund which I'm still waiting on. Terrible company. Gave them 1 star which is even to good for them.

Wish I had read all of these posted reviews before placing my order as I have had the same experience!

Absolutely dusgusting.. Item is a cheap and tatty polyester jersey hoodie - very poorly made. Nothing like the advertised item. Contacted them and offered a refund - that has yet to materialise!! Trying to obtain a “Chargeback” via my credit card company. 6 weeks since I placed my order… Feel so cheated and a little foolish to have been taken in by this SCAM. 😡

The item was of very poor quality. When you contact to ask for a refund they will not reply to your emails. It's all a con so please think twice before using them!!!!!

Ordered a waterproof hoodie it arrived and not what i ordered quality if awful . Asked to Return for Refund was told was sent wrong item and dont need to return and refund has been processed that was on 25/8 and still waiting . Chasing by email weekly and no response

Coat arrived after ages…nothing like description…terrible quality…wrong colour…not waterproof…no zip pockets…sent email after email to arrange refund but nothing. Total waste of £35.

Ordered puffit coat as advertised. This was not what was delivered. False advertising. Contacted and was very nice and offered refund or the correct item to be sent. I give them a chance to send me correct item but have not received it and are now not responding to emails. Very disappointed. Do not use this company as it seems they don’t advertise what you actually think you are buying.

Reported to the police.... this company is clearly fraudulent.
