The initial visit back in August of 2020 was very good. Lots of explanation and help to guide me for what machine and masks were available. How to use and install the machine and mask was very good.
But once I left, that was the last contact I had until now (April 2021) to ask to leave a review. There was never any follow up asking how things were with the mask and machine, if my sleep has improved or not, if there was any questions or concerns that I may have.
Now being 8 months since then, I have looked through the manual on time frame for parts replacement as a prompt can up for filter change on the machine.
I will be shopping around and more than likely not return to Northern Respiratory.

The manager Rob MacKay efficiently helped me to choose a new style of mask that didn’t have to be reefed down to seal, like my previous mask, which had also left multiple marks on both cheeks for most of the working day. The camera system helped determine the size needed but Rob’s experience told him I needed a medium rather than a large. Now I sleep more comfortably without the marks left in my face and I’m glad to recommend him and Northern Respiration to anyone.

The staff and the service at Northern Respiratory are beyond 5 stars. Rob, Renee and Sarah have all gone the extra mile for me and my oxygen care. I would recommend this company to everyone needing professional caring services. NorthernRepiratory Centre Inc. North Bay, Ontario.

Stacie and the team are extremely helpful. The CPAP mask I require is a full face one and when I mentioned I was nervous because I'm claustrophobic they found a mask that works well for me!
I'm so glad I decided to go with Northern Respiratory for my CPAP needs and my husband is going with them as well!

There are many places you can choose in our area for your CPAP supplies but this one has been the best to deal with by a long shot. The personal care, most current supplies and great pricing makes this one the place to go to for all your CPAP needs.

my bipap machine quit on me on late Friday night and being a truck driver i rely on it to get good quality sleep.....I texted Rob and he made me an appointment first thing Sunday morning to resolve my problem......Excellent service
