Would highly recommend this service after struggling to sell my property through the estate agents I got in touch and it took Leon no time at all to find a buyer and also pushed for a fair price. I have recently sold a property with these guys and they were fantastic from start to finish very polite and friendly and never realy needed to contact them through out the sale as there was never any issues just a nice smooth transaction thanks again

I have recently sold a property to North East House Buyers and would like to emphasise how easy and seamless the transaction was.
The staff all go "the extra mile"and it was a pleasure to do business with them. I have sold quite a few properties and have never had such a good service.
You may get a little more through an estate agent (and sometimes not) but when working figures out remember to just compare the bottom line. By this I mean estate agent fees, solicitor fees etc.
In a nutshell I will always give this company a chance to buy first in the future.
