As a First Time Buyer, I couldn't have dreamed of a better Agent experience than the one given by Normie. Our offer negotiations were handled with such positivity and transparency by Nigel. As we moved through the buying process, Nicole kept us informed at every step. She was managing a large chain, with so many moving parts and unexpected changes - yet she made sure we were always kept in the loop and put at ease. I'd recommend the Normie team to anyone, and would be delighted to use their services in the future again.

AVOID! Decided to go with Normie due to their “reputation’ but have been very disappointed with their service throughout. Initially gave our property to Normie as the evaluator was very pleasant and seemed confident that he could sell our property at the initial visit but his demeanour changed after signing the contract. He took photos of the house at the end of the day and it was quite clear he was rushing and the photos were taken abruptly. After gaining a second opinion from another estate agent they said that these were some of the poorest photos that they’ve seen from Normie.
There was no communication from Normie following months of the house being on sale to discuss price deduction or alternative marketing techniques and it was ourselves who had to contact Normie to suggest this. Normie are the professionals and if they did not feel as though they could sell the house at the agreed price then they should have not taken on the property. There were multiple occasions that Normie cancelled viewings without adequate prior notice leading to massive inconveniences on the day. We were even told by a sales agent in front of a potential buyer ‘I’ve never been to this property before, I’d like to be shown around’ which we found to be very unprofessional.
When my husband expressed his concerns regarding lack of communication and unprofessionalism, the office manager was not apologetic for these issues and tried to put blame on us. We have had a very negative experience with Normie and will not be using them to sell our house

They didn't get the photos perfect first time, but knew they didn't all do the house justice and asked to come back unprompted to make sure they were 100% right. We have recently sold and purchased properties through Normie. From the outset we felt well informed and confident that Normie were committed to getting us a good price on our house and also a good deal on the house we were purchasing. Natalie came to do the initial valuation and was great, even coming up with a potential buyer for us before we had even got to market. It shows that they have a good standing in the area to have a roster of clients who are in the market to buy. Following the listing of our home we were inundated with viewings which is fantastic in the current market. We accepted an offer very quickly and Nigel was able to help us negotiate a great deal on our purchase. Nicole was absolutely outstanding with progressing the sale, always keeping us updated and working really hard to move along our slow and uncommunicative solicitor. All in all a great experience and we were in our new home within about 3 months of listing our house. Special mention to Nicole as she was honestly fantastic. Thanks Normie and Co!

We used Normie to sell our house this year and they were excellent. The valuation from Josh was accurate, we were well informed and the instruction and listing process was seamless. The photographs and video tours prepared by Jaymes were amazing and the property was well marketed. Viewing arrangement was easy and it didn’t take them long to find a buyer. Natalie was able to negotiate a great price for us. The sales process in any house move can be stressful, but Nicole pushed this along with solicitors and surveyors, keeping us advised every step of the way. The whole process was very well organised. Various team members were responsible for their stage of the process. Having used several estate agents over the years, I have found Normie to be the best by far!
