Superb Carpet Fitter
Can't recommend Jake and Norfolk and Suffolk Carpet Fitter enough. Phoned Jake to fit a bedroom carpet we were looking at buying online, was only a basic, cheaper range one. Jake told me he could get us a better quality one for around the same price. He showed us a choice to chose from and he did exactly that. We now have a lovely, thicker carpet all fitted and sorted by Jake at around the same price of the budget one. Jake's really professional, friendly, keeps you updated and will help with whatever he can to make the whole process of having a carpet fitted easy.

Thank you so much for the great review Carl. I am glad you like your new carpets, a great choice :-) Have a great Easter. Thanks Jake.
Prompt and very efficient service
Prompt and very efficient service is what makes Jake a pleasure to do business with. Not only helpful in choosing the carpet with good advice but also a very high standard of work and the finished job looks amazing. Its also reassuring to know that the owner of the company is also the one actually doing the work. I will certainly be using Jake for any future carpet replacements.

From quotation to installation it was a seamless transition
From quotation to installation it was a seamless experience Jake was very knowledgeable and provided options on the colours and designs for the areas in question when we finally decided Jake provided a suitable installation date to fit in and when he arrived with Godfrey they went straight to it with attention to details especially around the pipes and wooden trim a very professional job and they cleared and hoovered at the end to a great standard. We have plans to use Jake again for another room would definitely recommended

Thank you Linda for the great review :-)
Fantastic Carpet Fitting Company! I would highly recommend.
I purchased a buy-to-let in Kessingland & needed the carpets replaced in a hurry. Jake, at Norfolk & Suffolk Carpet Fitter, was very accommodating & worked hard to meet the tight deadline. Jake was also able to advise what type of carpet & underlay I would need. I found the whole process to be very easy & I highly recommend Norfolk & Suffolk Carpet Fitter to anyone that is looking for a high standard of work & customer service. My tenants were able to move in on time so I was very pleased. I will use this company again for future projects.
