5⭐️

I first used Jake and Norfolk and Suffolk Carpet fitters a couple of years ago to fit a bedroom carpet. I was very pleased with the service and quality of the carpet so called Jake again recently to have three more carpets and a vinyl floor fitted. Once again I was very pleased with the excellent service and quality flooring. Jake is very efficient, organised, polite and very calm in all aspects of his work and he communicates his intentions from start to finish in a timely manner.
Nothing seems to much trouble for Jake and his colleagues and they managed to fit my fittings into a tight schedule. Jake has an eye for detail and surveys each job holistically for example organising the outsourcing of a latex installer, prior to the laying of the vinyl and recommending a carpenter to repair broken floorboards etc.
I will be contacting Jake a little later in the year to fit another couple of carpets and another vinyl and have no hesitation at all to recommend Jake and Norfolk and Suffolk Carpet fitters for a professional, first class, all round service.

I’m so glad I chose Jake to supply and fit my new flooring. He offered a wide range of high quality carpet which meant I got exactly the one I’d hoped for, at a good price. His communication was excellent and it was a pleasure to have him and his colleague in my home. I can recommend him very highly.

I highly recommend Jake he’s very professional, neat, tidy worker. Very considerate to late changes to schedule due to other works being delayed. Can’t recommend jake enough. THANK YOU for being part of making my home beautiful all my visitors have commented on how they like my carpet too good choice thank you again

Excellent communication with Jake who was able to adapt to project running over timescale. Also really knowledgeable on durability of different carpet selections. Fitting is such a high standard & overall a pleasure to deal with. Would recommend to everyone.

Needed stairs, landing and 4 bedrooms carpeted; and 2 bathroom floors to be laid with vinyl, all within 3 weeks. Jake the Norfolk and Suffolk Carpet Fitter gave honest advice on the flooring choices and worked his schedule to fit in with our decorator.
Top quality flooring and service 👍

Thank you Jake from Norfolk and Suffolk carpet fitters. Jake came early this morning and fitted a carpet in our new bathroom. He was so professional and the carpet looks lovely. Very polite and respectful. I would definitely recommend him to anyone. Thank you Jake 😊 over the moon

My sister recommended Jake to me as she’d used his service to carpet her brand new house. From the first phone call to the tidying up at the end, Jake has provided fantastic service, good quality carpet at an excellent price and turned up in good time on the day he said he would. A previous provider let me down terribly. Nothing is too much trouble for Jake, he’s polite, well mannered and we did have a laugh while he was here. I will be recommending him to anyone who needs a quality carpet and vinyl fitter in the future.

I highly recommend Jake as a carpet fitter. We have utilised his services three times over the last year and a bit, and we were extremely satisfied with the results. Not only did Jake supply two out of the three carpets, but his extensive knowledge and valuable advice were truly insightful. Jake's professionalism and expertise in his job were evident throughout the process.
