This company does not own any of their own technology and white label others, as a result, everything is slow, and mostly it doesn't work properly.

Service is very perfunctory.
After asking for a lot of information, the processing time was very long.
After many days, I received only a very short reply just saying "your application will be declined".
When I asked for the reason why application had failed, I was met with a very rude attitude and "your inquiry is now closed" to ended the conversation.

I was pretty hyped to get on board with this solution - The positive reviews sold me but the problem is i couldn't even get on contact with the team (I only got the same automatic email from the sales department).
