Was previously with these guys for 4 years before they decided to leverage our uptake in SEO by charging us an additional £1000 for selling CBD vapes despite us selling them the entire time we were with them. Their excuse when pressed on this, "the underwriter didn't see it." Of course this is nonsense as they are front and centre of the website.

These charges are despite us already shelling out around 15% for card fees when all the monthly fees, manual adjustments, PCI fees,etc are added up and at a time when the industry has just undergone intensive regulation which of course we are totally compliant with. You couldn't make it up.

Since we were forced to pull the account with no notice we have suspiciously been unable to source a new gateway leading to the loss of thousands of pounds of revenue and tens of thousands of recurring revenue and the destruction of 5 years worth of SEO.

I can't recommend staying away from these grifters strongly enough. Ironically they’ve been harassing us for £16 because they’re incapable of understanding their own contracts. A humiliating excuse for a company. Avoid. And shame on TrustPilot for aiding their grift because they pony up the monthly fee to have their reputation managed.

Total Processing have been excellent, Martin Brindley got us our processing account for our prize competition business, not only did they beat the competition on pricing, the plug-in is fantastic and seamless and the customer service has been first class. Would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for payment solutions. Fantastic service.

We changed from another payment processor over to Total Processing and the process was very smooth and relatively quick. The dashboard/portal is great and much easier to use than our previous gateway. The support has been good too.

Total Processing truly are amazing. Pieter is always ready to answer your questions, 7 days a week. He will even call you to ask how things are going and if they can help with something.

There was an error when we went live (Not Total Processing's fault, it was a partner failure), I messaged Pieter and he immediately gathered everyone to get this fixed. He invited me on a call only 4 hours later and there were 8 people in there who were trying to fix the issue, and I know there were working more on it behind the scenes.

Later that day, we had another call with the team, and even more people showed up. Which really shows the commitment Pieter and his team had and how much they wanted to solve the issue.

We decided to gather again the next morning at 7 AM CET to go live again, and everyone was here again. It was 6 AM for Pieter (UK time) and even 01:00 AM for some USA guys, they were all here to see if the issue had been resolved.

Amazing commitment by this team and really helpful, I am thankful I work with them.
