Nomi is a one-stop shop. It offers everything a start-up and growing practice needs in one place - and at an affordable price.

I use Nomi for bookkeeping, final accounts, payroll and tax returns. Nomi's CRM module is great for tracking leads right through to onboarding (including pricing, contracting and an AML check function!) The CRM also does company secretarial and practice management, and the job allocation function is useful when I'm working with non-profits.

Nomi is the only software I use for submitting self-assessment tax returns, even for clients we work with who use other software. Its ability to automate a lot of the processes and pull information in from HMRC is one of the many things I like about Nomi.

Great accounting and CRM software! Very helpful support team. It is so productive to have just one system that does everything for our accountancy practice.

Nomipay is a great new feature that enables your clients to click on a link on the invoice and choose how they want to pay: debit/credit card, apple pay, bank transfer. Once the invoice has been paid, the payment is reconciled on the bookkeeping and the payment is received into the bank a couple of days after that. It is brilliant and it has been working quite well, especially at uncertain times where it is hard to get payments on time.

A new accounting software in town, it collates all your accounting system very fast, and help in the submission of CT to HMRC. So unique and good for all accountants. Good support staff on the background to help if one experiences difficulty. This is what differentiates NOMI from others

Talk me through the process in layman terms

I’ve been using Nomisma for the past year and I must say that I am very impressed with the huge of amount of functionalities. I used the bookkeeping module for quite some time, but I recently got to know the true power of the software when I started doing final accounts and self assessment.

All modules are so nicely integrated that I no longer need 5 different software to do the bookkeeping, payroll, CRM, final accounts and self assessments.

The best part is the price which is a fraction of other software like Xero or Quickbooks Online.

I'm really happy I took the plunge with Nomisma. From the Senior Account Manager (Glen) through to the Customer Service helpdesk (Anchit, Aditya, Rahul, Bhakti), the assistance that is forthcoming is really fantastic. Replies are fast and follow-ups are immediate if the reply creates another question. Glen is very friendly and is never rushed in phone calls. It's a pleasure chatting and can veer off into general life as well as my requirements for the software.

Being a small practice, buying credits is more cost effective and the software is complete, clear and easy to move around. I particularly like that when I change final accounts, the adjustments are automatically carried through into the tax returns (which I've not had before anyway).

I had to contact Nomisma today and was helped by Anchit who was fantastic! He was extremely patient and took the time to listen and walk me through uploading my receipts and submitting my VAT return. This was a very good and positive experience and I was very happy with the service.

Aditya was a great help activating an alternate currency for a client.
