Really impressed with my NoblePro treadmill, I use it very often.

Also something worth noting with NoblePro is the aftercare support you receive, something that other brands don’t offer as well. At first I was a little confused by all the companies ‘Ambassadors’ but I was quickly made aware that these are keen runners who are happy to help with any support 24/7. A big shout out to Stuart Middlecoate who provided me advice on maintenance tips that worked a treat, he is always sure to check in with me through Facebook to see how I’m getting on with the product.

My treadmill is absolutely fantastic. I have owned 5 in the past and previously worked in the fitness industry and this is by far the best value for money.
It connects seamlessly to Zwift each time.

Great advice from one of the Noble Pro ambassadors whilst researching the treadmill help me decide on which one to buy. I’d been looking for a while and kept coming back to the Noble pros. I have used it for runs upto 21km and have had no issues so far and I’m more than happy with the purchase.

Having spoken to a NoblePro ambassador (Stuart Middlecoate) I decided to take the plunge and purchase a treadmill.
Ordering online was really easy, they kept me informed of my delivery. When delivered the my set my treadmill up (they made it all look so easy) overall experience was excellent.
I love my NoblePro, I use it every day.

Big shout out to NoblePro ambassador Gill from @Blandontherun who not only provided information but let me run on her treadmill prior to purchase. Can’t fault NoblePro sales and delivery process, Love the treadmill and the various app integrations, the whole family are addicted!

Few niggles mostly firmware and Bluetooth issues . But to be fair there tech team sorted in 3 days via chat . So far so good . 👍🏻

Excellent pre and post sales communication and really pleased with the quality of the treadmill.

The treadmill quality is excellent and clearly a well designed and built piece of equipment.
First impressions are great and I am keen to review it again in 6-12 months time.
Connectivity with Zwift is a little fiddly unfortunately but once set up with Kinni and Kinnicast it works OK.
Delivery to Northern Ireland was less than satisfactory though. Maybe I was just unlucky trying to receive a delivery just before Christmas, but it really wasn't good enough.
Fair play to the delivery men, though. They can't be faulted when they actually did deliver.

Prior to ordering I did weeks of research on which treadmill would be best for me, balancing cost, features, intended use, and anything else I considered important. The e8i hit the 'sweet spot', especially considering the Black Friday discounted price. I run outside in Spring/Summer/Autumn and wanted to keep my running fitness throughout Winter this year, something I have previously tended to neglect (I use a Wattbike/Zwift through winter ordinarily). I have now run a couple of hundred kms on the e8i connected to Zwift, and I am impressed with it. So, what do I think is good from a user perspective...it is quiet, it is 'solid', connectivity to Zwift is good, there are also many workout/training options through Kinni and NoblePro apps, the deck size is perfect and the cushioning is good, speed and incline are generous and adequate for serious use. What do I think could be improved...the built in fan, the speakers, the depth of the two water holders/bits and bobs holders and these would benefit from non-slip material being in them. To me these are relatively minor, as I blast my music from a music system, and have a couple of decent fans on the go anyway. I don't watch TV stuff when I work out but I tested it and it works ok. Others in the house might.
Regarding the aquisition process, ordering, delivery, set up, this was all good. No complaints.
Now off to put my running shoes on...again

Product not as advertised. Unable to use youtube app due to updates on software, now need to access via chrome. Noble pro aware of this but continuing to advertise youtube app on their website.
Belt louder than any treadmill used in the past (apparently this is 'normal' for this brand)
Returns process is going to cost over £500 for a £2000 treadmill. Company want to charge £250 to return an unused treadmill (been covered with dust sheet), because it cannot be claimed as new as taken out of packaging (by delivery men!). You need to read the small print as the free 'set up' by delivery guys invalidates the treadmill being considered new.
Agree with Andrew below, now trying to charge us £50 for the 'FREE' Kinni app! That we haven't used.
This company is an absolute disgrace, appalling customer service. Agree with the below, save yourself time and money and buy a Nordic Track.
In mind to take this to Martin Lewis!

Just a calamity of errors. Ordered the E8i, delivered and assembled incomplete so when first tried to run on it, was slipping like mad and a death trap. A month going back and forth with them and now trying to return it within the 30 days, will end up costing over 25% of the treadmill (including £50 for the supposed free app included)!!!

Honestly, it’s turned into a nightmare. Gave them the benefit of the doubt but really just stick with one of the big brands and save yourself the pain.

We bought this £2000 treadmill with our wedding money rather than going on holiday...

Promised delivery time was 2-4 days, actually was 8 days
The belt is so loud when its not even being run on, such a loud knocking sound at the joint, they says its normal I think its faulty
Youtube APP literally doesn't work on these machines anymore so you have to go in via chrome which is a ball ache and poor UX when you are running it cuts off in the background when you swap screens
Screen is slow to touch and far too low to look at when you are running with no adjustment
speakers are cheap and shoddy
Screams the word bluetooth but you need a separate bluetooth dongle to connect your bluetooth headphones

Positives are that the delivery guys were nice and tried their hardest

Hopefully sending it back for a Nordic Pro but I dont have the original packaging as the delivery guys took it with them. So that will probably be another argument on the chat bot
