I cannot praise Rom enough, the entire process from start to finish was very efficient. Rom is very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, approachable and he really took his time to do an outstanding job, nothing was too much to ask and he pointed out snags that we would have never found ourselves until much later down the line.
I would HIGHLY recommend his services to anyone buying a new build, this was money well spent and definitely worth every penny.

Rom was fantastic from start to finish. After spending hours inspecting the whole property we were given a thorough tour of the house reveling snagging issues we had not noticied ourselves along with advice and guidance about the issues. Within half an hour of Rom leaving we had a full report of the all the snagging issues Rom had identified.

I don't often write reviews but in this instance, I felt compelled to write.
Rom, the snagging inspector conducted a detailed and thorough survey of my new house. The end result was an impressive catalogue of faults and incorrect building features which I would never have spotted or known about. I was immediately drawn by his professionalism and impressed by his expansive knowledge of the building rules and regulations.
On completion of the survey, Rom took me through every item he had noted and photographed for the final report and advised me on how to approach and tackle the on-site building managers with the issues that had been raised.
At the end, I was more than satisfied with his work and thoroughness and would highly recommend him to family and friends who may decide to buy a new home. This was money well spent and a must for anyone who decides to purchase a newly built home.

Rom offers us an experienced and professional snagging service with detailed inspections and suggestions. I would probably recommend the service to anyone who need or interested in it.

Very professional. Good value for money found snags in spots I wouldn't even think of looking. Report is easy to read. They even take you around the house afterwards showing you everything explaining how it should be. Gives excellent advice when dealing with site team/customer services. Everything he goes over with you is all in the report afterwards aswell so no need to worrie if you forget.

We asked Rom to complete a survey on a new 3-bed. We were very impressed by his professionalism as well as his knowledge and thoroughness. He spent around 7 hours at the property including an hour's debrief with us at the end. He found issues with materials and workmanship we would never have noticed and has given good advice on how best to approach the developer. We made the right choice in hiring him and if we ever buy another new house, we'll get him back!

NNBS we’re very through with the house inspection raising well over a hundred snagging issues. A lot were minor but a few serious problems that are being resolved as I post this. Rom spent a good part of the day on our property and at the end of the inspection gave us helpful tips and hints on how to communicate with the building company.
