Rom is absolutely amazing at what he does! From the first email to the report was outstanding! EVERYTHING was checked and EVERYTHING was logged. I found around 20 snags.. Rom found 124!!

I would highly recommend Rom and his services to anyone who has recently purchased a new build property or intends to do so. Rom explained the snagging process clearly and gave excellent advice following his survey including a detailed report with pictures. My partner and I needed a survey at quite short notice and Rom was incredibly accommodating. I am so glad that we had the survey done as Rom reported on issues that we never would have been able to identify ourselves.

Rom from Norwich New Build Snagging was absolutely fantastic. He spent a full day checking over our 4-bed and was incredibly thorough. Although our build was pretty good, lots of things were found that we would never have known about and would have caused problems in the future.

The report was very clear and delivered the same evening. This allowed us to get everything off to the developer well before they return for their 7-day visit.

Rom's advice was spot on. We want to be nice to the developers so he helped with letting us know which items were important to get fixed and which were our choice to ignore if they didn't bother us.

Rom is well experienced, knowledgeable person, very friendly, patient, dedicated approachable and polite. I am really happy with the report.

Rom provided a very thorough inspection and walkthrough with an excellent report (provided the same afternoon) detailing with photographs all of the snags, together with the exact NHBC standards breached for leverage when reporting to the developer.

Some of the snags found if left unrectified could cause serious issues further down the line and I would never have noticed these myself, e.g. water leaking behind the bath panel and missing/blocked weep holes.

Rom also explained best practice for reporting the snags and how to maintain relations with the site team, with a recap email detailing this advice provided afterwards which I will be keeping to hand.

Highly, highly recommend Rom at Norwich New Build Snagging. He was punctual, very thorough, and exceptionally knowledgeable.

Once Rom completed the survey, and he went around each location with us, showing his findings, explaining the issue, why it's an issue, and how it should be rectified by the on-site team. All issues are backed up with photo evidence highlighting the area of concern.

Incase of the on-site team potentially pushing back on some of the issues, he provides quotes from NHBC stating what the level of standard is required, giving us the ammo we need if needed.

Once Rom completed our walk through, he promised our report within a couple of hours, and as promised, we received within the timeframe... He also offers assistance with further questions or issues from/with the on-site team to ensure no foul play on their behalf.

All in all, we can not fault Rom and would happily recommend him to anyone we know.

He was there from morning to afternoon very meticulous, and thorough. when he finished inspecting he went through everything. He was very clear, and explains everything really well. Could not recommend Norwich New Build Snagging enough. We hired Rom after reading his glowing recommendations and they really are accurate. Rom was extremely thorough, paying attention to every aspect of home from floor to roof. At the end he did a whole walkthrough and explained what he had found in great detail, what that meant and what would need to be done to fix it. He was extremely professional and such a lovely guy. Rom at Norwich New Build Snagging did an amazing job today snagging the new build on which we have just completed.
Rom has an immense knowledge of building and regulations.
He identified 154 issues, most which we did not spot when we did a pre completion snag ourselves.
Rom walked us through all of the issues, the repercussions of them and explained what would need to be done to rectify them.
Many issues are minor but several are more serious and require remedial action.
The same day Rom sent us the the highly detailed report with evidential photos and legislation.
We highly recommend anyone buying a new build property to contact Rom.
It was worth every penny to ensure our home is of a safe and satisfactory standard.

Rom does his snagging in a very professional way. His work is very detail and efficient. Besides, he also gives us very useful and sincere advice as well as NHBS knowledge. It is my lucky to find him to do the snagging report, which greatly reduce our work.
