It took a while to receive my Apex bundle which is why there is only 4 stars. Other than than the construction is great, and I love the fact that there are plenty of options for different bands! Also, I thought this model had gps capability but it doesn't.

Took 4 weeks to receive from time of order. Watch was lack luster and "simple". Would not sync to text messages. Notifications from everything else were basic and no useful information. Only good thing about it is the battery life.

I never received my order. I have never received any information after the day I placed the order. I have not received any replied to my emails.

After he did "extensive research", my husband requested this watch for his birthday. I stupidly assumed he had vetted this company, as you do when ordering online. Apparently he did not. We never received the watch and strap I purchased in mid-July but my credit card was certainly charged. Multiple attempts to contact the company were met with no reply. I've now disputed the charge with my CC company and will hopefully be refunded.

Never even got my watch. Still havnt bloody got it. Either send me this watch to review or leave me alone. Thanks. BTW I dont know when i even ordered this thing its been so long.

I ordered my watch 19 days ago and it said 3-5 days shipping. Shop shows the order is still be prepared. This is poor service.

Its been a month since I ordered and paid for a watch. I still dont have a watch. Nobody responds with an update as to when the watch will get shipped if ever. I was sent a replacement watc band for the watch I dont have, which is great if I had the watch. So as I see it now, I have a 120 dollar watch band. Beyond frustrating. A little communication would be nice. I wouldn't order anything from this company again.

I ordered my watch 33 days ago and have not received anything but an email for a review for my watch. I complained and they sent me a watch band with an email that my order was complete. I have turned it over to my card co. for a refund

My wife ordered this watch 3weeks before Father’s Day. I received it 2 1/2 months later. We tried canceling the order but no luck. These Chinese don’t answer requests. Finally got the watches ( they sent 2 watches and charged me for 2. Only ordered 1). Again, no response for a refund. I decided to wear one of the watches. The battery life was good. It lasted almost 3 weeks. But now, the watch will not come on. It glitched after charging but now is dead! DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH!!!!

I’m not able to set time and date on the watch and also it won’t download with WIFI from my IPhone I’m really not satisfied with the watch

Such a pathetic company, lie after lie,no communication, they take your money so fast,they don't send you anything, not even a damn update, automated phone line.Waiting for 28 days and still nothing!!They are such a joke.You email them,same redundant anwser"WE ARE REVIEWNG YOUR CASE"over &over.

Terrible. Its been 6 weeks since I ordered my watch and I still havent received it. I had to nag their customer service before I heard anything. Ive been told it will "ship within 5 days" twice, and now I'm getting marketing material asking how my watch is working out. I cannot recommend this company.

I have had the same problem as most everyone else. Did not receive merchandise. Sent multiple emails. Have been promised it would ship in a few days. I notified credit card company and filed a dispute against njord. Credit card company did a charge back against njord and issued a refund the same day.

I want to rate 0 or -5!! I’m upset with myself for not checking out more of these reviews before I fell for their bs! I ordered on the 14th and they say GUARANTEED FREE shipping in 3-5 days. Now it’s about to be 11 days! Multiple times trying to contact them and each time get an automated message saying “our staff is reviewing your request” BS!!!

I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD!

I placed an order on June 12th, expecting it to arrive in time for Father’s Day. Not only did it miss the occasion entirely, but for over a month, the order status just said: “We are working on your order. Please check back later.” — No updates, no progress, just radio silence for 37 days!

The customer service is an absolute joke — no phone number, and when you email them, you’re lucky if you get a response in 7–10 days. And even then, you have to send a follow-up email just to get them to reply to your original message. PATHETIC!

After all the waiting, I finally received the watch — more than a month after ordering. They claim “3–5 business days shipping”, but that’s clearly just false advertising.

Save your time, money, and sanity.
Most of the glowing reviews you see on their website or social media seem fake or paid. Let's see if they have the courage to post this honest review.

I ordered my watch bundle one month ago and still don’t have it. This is unacceptable. The manufacturer offered a second free watch band which arrived yesterday; yet, I still don’t have my watch. What good is that gesture without a watch? Other buyers: have your eyes wide open. I can’t rate the watch, and the 2 star review is a reflection of the insufficient actions of the manufacturer not the product. I hope the product is worthy of a 4-5 star review.

I haven't received my watch yet. I have emailed them, and no response, no updates, no communication! This may be a scam.

I ordered a watch waited one month to get a email saying they are out of stock and to please wait another week for their new shipment. I canceled my order and was told I’ll get my money back with in 10 days. Still waiting for my refund
