I ordered a watch band a wallet and 3 charging cables. I received the watch band and still have yet to receive the rest of my order. 80.00 American. When I emailed they simply replied that this matter was closed. 1 star is far too high of a rating. This all occur3d in August of 2025. Seems as though im not the only unsatisfied customer. Sell your company. Fix your problem of bad bad bad customer service.
Horrible experience with this company
Horrible experience with this company. After seeing multiple ads, we figured it would be a great addition for myself and my foreman we placed the order said it would be shipped within two days after three months of checking the tracking. It said it was shipped six months later still no watch emailed and called the company repeatedly with no answer or reply.
After I sent a final email saying that I was going to dispute it with Visa they finally responded to me saying that they apologize that due to the high demand they were on backorder, when I asked when we might actually see the watch, they had absolutely no answer.
When I asked for a refund, they got rude and said they would only refund the watch once we received it ! That’s fine, but how do we get our money back when this company never shipped the product!
I called Visa. Explain the situation reviewed with Visa how many times we contacted them with the dates Visa instantly reversed all charges.
I have read countless reviews where other customers are saying the same thing. The watch either never arrives, or if you’re lucky enough to get one, you might see it within six months to a year. Certainly not as advertised and certainly terrible customer service.

I hate to add my voice to the pile of one star reviews, but my complaint is not about ordering or delivery, it's about their non-existent customer service. I ordered this watch for my son. He is a lifeguard and he hasn't had any problem with it being waterproof. He used it for a little over a year before it broke. "Indestructible?" - it is not. I don't know specifically what happened, but the watch band pin and the screen both failed the same day. I emailed their customer service a week ago and got no response. Also the link on their website for customer support is broken. I'm guessing that after one year, you're just out of luck and they're not going to repair or replace it or give anyone a reduced rate for a replacement. The watch is actually pretty expensive, ($90) so there's definitely money in there for warranty reserve, but when they don't even update their website, my guess is they're on the way out. For myself, I just bought a $35 smartwatch, which comes with two bands, one metal and one rubber, has 1 week battery life and basic fitness functions and claims to be very rugged. So far so good.
I have ordered twice
I have ordered twice. The first order was for 2 watches and they came in. The second one I ordered on August 12 2025 and STILL DO NOT HAVE MY WATCH. There was no problem with them drafting my card for the cost and all I get from support is the same email saying that the order is delayed Now I do not even get a response. When you call their support number you only get to leave a voice message. I assumed since my first order went so well the next one would too but now I'm wondering if I got scammed. I'm very unhappy with the company. If they aren't able to continue making the watches they should do the right thing and say so and refund our money!

Definitely a scam. I ordered back on August 1, 2025 and still have no shipping, no information and no refund!! I have contacted multiple times being told things are just taking a bit of time to catch up orders.. then my ticket closes and I still have no refund! I logged in today, 6.5 months after ordering and my order just doesn't show as existing!!!!! No refund on my credit card and no email responses. Don't waste your time or your money!!!!!

Na 2 jaar een aangename connectie gehad te hebben over een kapot horloge waarvoor ze mij een nieuwe gingen opsturen, was mijn geduld ten einde en stuurde ik een mail waarin ik iets duidelijker vermelde dat hun "lifetime-warrenty" op niets trok aangezien ik al meer dan 2 jaar wachtte…
Sindsdien werd alle contact verbroken….
Dus hun belofte is niks waard !!!!
The worst company in the world
One I never received my watch that I paid for and 2 I talked to someone that I thought was someone from the company and they said they were going to give me an updated tracking number on a new watch and that never happened either. This company I don’t believe exists and doesn’t back their customers one bit and they should be shut down for not even having good customer service.

I bought 2 sets, gave 1 away to a friend kept 1 for myself and have used it for just over a year. Very durable in my lomping(unloading) delivery trucks/trailer job and keeps on going strong. You just have to stay on top of the last quarter charge that drains down and make sure to recharge it. The blk. Band only came w/. Single band retainer while the green camo fatigue 1 came w/. A dble. Retainer to keep your band down and flapping around.(that's how the blk. Band ) broke. Njord ingeniously designed the bands so you can swap them out or replace them yourself by including. A spring loaded lever you slide right and tilt the band outof the watch base and reverse the procedure to pop them or the new ones back in.( sure saves time & $ to be able to dothat yourself. I would Mos Def buy another one again.

If I could go lower I would! Watch lasted less than 2 months tried over and over again to get my warranty (just wanted another watch) and they gave me the run around. Save your money buy some other brand. Worst customer service I’ve ever had!

Ordered on October 5th, funds immediately were withdrawn. As of today, January 12th, I have not received watch or refund. The first month, they responded to emails and very apologetic; working diligently to get me the watch. Since November 24th, I have not received any response
Product no show
Paid for a product from their website, and now a month later it hasn't been shipped, nor will anyone from the company return my numerous attempts to get hold of them to find out where my stuff is.

I ordered an Apex bundle Nov 2024 , wife Christmas (2024)present to me and it would be my first smart watch. International shipping so should arrive with 2-3 weeks. Ordered a watch for my lad too
He got his plus all his package items.
58 weeks ( already past Christmas 2025), numerous emails and phone calls I still don’t have my apex bundle. I have watch straps I ordered but no watch. The company / customer service is a pure joke. Will never buy from this company again.

I liked their watch but my first one broke at watch attaches to the band. I weak spot on this indestructible watch. I thought I try another one, I ordered a new one on July 1st 2025. Nothing, Customer Service is a joke, Only by email to communicate. You send a email that sometimes you get a response to in a week than you answer their question and either you get a response in 3-4 weeks later or nothing at all. Either this company took dive or is trying to pocket money as they as they run out the door. I find a number online, which is a VM system. I asked for the product that I purchased or my money back. Not feeling optimistic.

I purchased a Njord Apex watch in July 2025. It is now December 2025 and I have not received it. The more I research the company, I think I will lose my money. On their website, they have a contact section about your order and that's right, it can't found as the page was deleted. I have sent many many emails and reviews and still nothing. I think, this company is a scam. I went ahead and purchased the Garmin watch, which I highly recommend. They always say you get want you pay for and with the Njord watch, you get nothing!

Absolute garbage! This is the second watch that has failed in less than a year. Customer service is a joke, I have been waiting since July or August to get a replacement watch. At this point I have requested my money back with no response from Njord on either request.
