The products I purchased were top quality
So I bought MREs for my trip to Africa, got an email to confirm that I purchased but didn’t get any tracking information. Purchased 8/3/26 and had to call today only to find out it’s still being processed and I’m getting one packet of MRE . I was shocked €56.56 for one packet delivered to me when I can buy 12 packets for 105€ with delivery. I thought the agent made a mistake and he went to check and said that’s the price. Unbelievable and crazy. Been buying MREs for over 10 years and I thought I got a bargain but it was worse than expected. Asked for a refund and now I haven’t heard anything back, if I don’t hear anything by tomorrow I report it as a scam! Unprofessional and pathetic. Will never buy anything from them again.

My order was processed and arrived in a timely manner with tracking emails keeping me up to date on delivery etc.
A good product, effective for constipation in children
Beware!!Very bad experience with this company so far. I ordered an arm sling from them expecting delivery in the coming days I eventually emailed them to find out when I could expect delivery to be informed it was 3/4 weeks away by which time I hopefully won’t require the sling any longer. I have emailed requesting a refund to which I recieved no reply but I was promptly sent a link and a tracking number but nothing has moved in days now. They should not be selling items of this nature if they don’t have or can’t these items out promptly. Will not be using this company again.

Very happy with the purchase, delivery was on time. No issues at all
I paid €64 (plus €10 shipping) for a Pax vaporizer case to replace one that I bought for €32 six years ago. After 3 weeks I received a cheap Chinese knock-off version that retails for about €21 on Amazon (and delivery is free with Prime). I contacted customer service via chat. The agent was very slow to respond, wasn't knowledgeable about whether or not I could attach images to the chat, and when I uploaded the images to Google Drive and shared the link, they disconnected the chat. I started a new chat and they advised I'll receive a reply by EOD on Monday (it's currently Saturday), so we'll see how they handle it. I'll update my review if they resolve it but ultimately they deserve a complaint for pulling such a stunt with the product in the first place.
Easy to order. The product was just what I needed. Excellent quality and price.
Would not order from them again. I ordered coffee in November, it estimated 4 working days. I emailed them back and forth as I had not heard anything come December. This went on until last week when they supplied me with a refund. It should not say 4 working days for delivery when I was waiting nearly 3 months to still not get my products.

The product was expensive but it arrived safely and on time.
Very happy with product but it was very expensive considering vision Ireland sell them at €17 but were out of stock and I needed a new one
From start to finish this purchase was a very positive experience. When I enquired about delivery I got prompt and pleasant reply and received it on expected date.
Very easy site to navigate. From adding to basket to being delivered was a seamless experience. Very professional.

Only drawback - live in Ireland , shipping takes nearly a month , too long
Appreciate your 10 % loyalty bonus , maybe you could increase that bonus to 20% as I intend to buy additional insoles
