I placed my order on 20 November as a…

I placed my order on 20 November as a Christmas present, with delivery promised by 8 December.
Since November, I have emailed customer service multiple times, and each time I received different and conflicting information about my order status.
On 15 December, I was told that my order had been “successfully shipped and was on schedule.” However, the Aramex tracking clearly shows that only a shipping label was created and that the parcel has not been handed over to Aramex at all. The tracking status has not changed since 15 December.
This is extremely misleading. Saying an order is shipped when it hasn’t even been given to the courier is unacceptable — especially for a time-sensitive Christmas gift.
Due to delays, contradictory communication, and lack of transparency, it now seems very unlikely the order will arrive before Christmas, which completely defeats the purpose of the purchase. Very disappointing experience.I requested a refund, but received no response at all.
I would not recommend ordering from this company if delivery timing matters.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Ludicrously exorbitant prices. I had specific requirements, and due to ignorance or deliberate deception, I was assured AND reassured their product conformed to my requirements... which very definitely was NOT the case. I spent weeks emailing to get my money returned. Eventually I was instructed to send the product to their so-called New Jersey warehouse address and I went to the hassle and expense(€73) of doing so. The address exists but the company doesn't have a presence there and the item was returned to me. Just like their so-called Irish "Mailing Address" in Smithfield, Dublin to which I couldn't return the unwanted product.

NineLife Ireland know exactly ALL the details of their pathetic dealings with me, assuming they read my emails between 29 Aug. and 29 Nov. I repeat - I had specific requirements, and due to ignorance or deliberate deception, I was assured AND reassured their product conformed to my requirements... which very definitely was NOT the case. In Irish law I am/was entitled to full refund within 28 days of receiving the erroneous goods. Instead of abiding by the law NineLife made me BS offers of percentages off my next purchases. I continued insisting on my rights and eventually on 25 Sep. they instructed me to send the goods to New Jersey, USA. I spent considerable time and expense doing so, only to have the parcel arrive back on my doorstep on 17 Oct. Ninelife wanted me to waste more time and money resending to the USA! After I wrote an email on 23 Oct. they decided to return my INITIAL outlay (Alleluia!). However, this doesn't compensate for the MANY HOURS I spent emailing back-and-forth or the time and money I expended on sending the goods to USA. I sent a detailed email to NineLife on 29 Nov. in which I explained my grievances, and let them know "I'll be giving your company a scathing online review." Their reply?... "Please let me know what specific information you’re requesting now"!. The following is an excerpt from that email I sent... "With the help of ChatGPT I strongly suspect that, while the warehouse address to which you instructed me to send the parcel is a legitimate address, Handelnine doesn't have a presence there. Just like your Irish so-called "Mailing Address" - your address at Smithfield, Dublin 7 is a legitimate address, but using Google Street View I know the premises is occupied by a Print Copy shop, and when I contacted the owner, he claimed no knowledge of the name NineLife or Handelnine."

Good customer service

I found this company to have excellent customer service.
They responded to my query quickly.
They kept me informed in a respectful manner and my delivery arrived on the date they had given.

It’s very concerning to see that this site has a 4.1 rating here at the moment. They have products listed on their website that are 5-10 times the price these products cost in any regular shop or online from other providers. Was looking for a specific product from a US company to find an EU or UK shop that stock it and could deliver to Ireland. This site has it listed at 3 times the price the original company charges. Started looking around the website and saw a box of 40 tampax for over €40. That would cost a maximum of €10 in a shop or online from a pharmacy. I understand that some products are from the US (brands like Crest etc) and so might justify a higher price, but definitely not 4 times more. Seeing other reviewers say they had to pay customs charges in addition anyway, meaning the higher price paid to this company is not justified, even if it was a reasonable one. Other reviews say it was a good experience but based on the price alone, this company seems like a scam. Some people had thousands attempted to be charged to their card. Avoid and leave reviews.
