Went to the Thornton branch, and from start to finish great customer service very knowledgable.
On delivery day the delivery guys were respectful efficient, tidy and friendly. Would advise anyone to buy from 'Nimbus beds'.

I have purchased every mattress for my house from Nimbus.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, giving great advice without feeling under pressure to buy.
They go above and beyond in customer service and really look after their customers.

Communication throughout has been excellent and delivery was fantastic- nothing was a hassle.
I honestly cannot recommend Nimbus enough. I wouldn't go anywhere else. You won't find anywhere better!

Really decent company with friendly staff. Sales guy knew his stuff. Owner was super friendly when addressing a little hiccup that was sorted with great empathy and promptly. Highly recommend! And the bed is really comfy!!

From our first visit to Nimbus beds in Thornton till our new bed delivered all very smooth dealings. Jason spent plenty time with us discussing our options re our custom made bed and mattress. Delighted with our new bed and mattress delivered yesterday by 2 very polite efficient employees. Would fully recommend Nimbus to all .

Went into Nimbus, Cupar, Des there to help us. Choosing new divan, mattress & headboard.
Absolutely no pressure to purchase, great advice on mattresses, sizes etc.
we were left to wander & try mattresses, Des there when we had a question.
Superb service & yes we chose our new bed!

We have bought 2 beds and 3 mattresses from nimbus. Personally the quality of them is amazing. The team are all amazing and helpful. I told my uncle to go there instead of dreams and he’s now got a new bed on way. Won’t shop anywhere else for my beds.

Des from Nimbus beds was extremely helpful and made the experience of having to select a new mattress very easy
I will definitely be using this company again and have recommended them to friends

Good experience from purchase to delivery. I was kept informed throughout.

An absolute pleasure from start to finish when browsing the shop for a mattress. Des made me feel relaxed and I very much trusted his advice. His knowledge is golden!

Had a great experience at nimbus beds. We love our bed and would 100% recommend to any family and friends.

Good experience in store with salesman Des who took time to explain different bed types and mattresses. Bed bought on a Sunday then it arrived in-store the following Thursday and was delivered by James and Daniel the following Monday. Delivery and assembly took barely 20 minutes, all packaging was removed and James and Daniel were friendly and again explained best practice for using the Ottoman base we had chosen. Looking forward to our first night's sleep!

Had a side lift small double bed delivered by 2 very nice and very cheery lads, Daniel and James. They were very efficient and had the bed installed in no time. Thank you also to Jason in Cupar who showed good knowledge and helped me pick the right bed .

Purchased a bed frame and mattress from Nimbus. James and Daniel delivered and built the bed for me which was great - very polite and friendly and the whole experience from buying to delivery was great. I’d use Nimbus beds again and recommend them to others, a great local business. Thanks!

Fantastic experience from start to finish - Jason had great knowledge of his product in the Thornton shop and made sure I was happy with the mattress I selected. Communication throughout was brilliant - always informed of every step of the process. Delivery guys Daniel and James were absolutely fantastic, very professional and friendly. Took extra care taking out old mattress and unpacking and placing new mattress on bed for me. Would give 10 stars if possible. Thanks again!

After a helpful visit to the Cupar store Matt was very informative and we decided on a mattress. Matt couldn’t have been more helpful and kept us updated all the way through from order to delivery. Unfortunately the mattress developed a fault. Again the staff were great. Almost instant answers to emails and the mattress was replaced straight away with a considerable upgrade which was unexpected but very nice. The delivery guys are very polite and professional. Overall the customer service and quality of product have been exceptional. Pleasure to deal with this company and nice feeling supporting a local business. Highly recommended.

2nd mattress from here, wouldn’t buy a mattress from anywhere else!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I honestly can’t recommend Nimbus Beds enough.

I bought two beds from them a couple of years ago and both are still exceptional quality — solid, comfortable, and beautifully made. From the start, their service and communication have been excellent.

More recently, I contacted them because my headboard had come away from the wall. Without hesitation, the boys were out the very next day and had it securely fitted back on. No fuss, no stress — just brilliant customer care.

They were so lovely and friendly and genuinely went above and beyond, which is rare these days. It really shows how much they care about their customers, even years after purchase.

Outstanding quality, outstanding service, and genuinely great people. Highly recommend! 👏✨

We bought our Kingsize Bed and bedside cabinets in Nimbus fantastic service from start to finish . The staff are so helpful nothing was a bother we were in a few times !
Delivery times spot on and great prices too .

Great service and nothing is too much trouble. Even when we had a small problem with one mattress it was replaced straight away and with a smile. I don’t go anywhere else.
