Worst customer service ever experienced in my life, the other reviews are spot on - money grabbers, careless and unprofessional. Absolute joke.

In what world are these girly pops living in??

This has to be the most unprofessional business that I have ever had to deal with.

I ordered some boots at the start of May for a friend's birthday present it is now nearly August.

Now when I ordered there was no mention of these boots being made to order due to their very poor website layout.

These girls are blatantly ignoring refund request emails that have been going on for weeks even though it states quite clearly in their policies on THEIR WEBSITE that I can.

Unless you want to be gaslit, get your money stolen, or be patronized by the girls who take 1 week+ to respond to a simple email I would 1000% avoid this company. Put your money into business' that deserve it and who actually can deliver.

No other choice but to now file a complaint to the ombudsman.

P.S If you need a birthday present for a friend.. rest assured it will definitely arrive by their next birthday LOL

Boots arrived on the 10/02/2025

This is a scam brand, don’t buy it please. I bought a pair of boxer boots in May and wait for two months it was still not dispatched. I ask for refund and they ignore my message and still posting on ins. Trashy brand

It arrived quickly from england to italy

I never leave reviews EVER but it's been weeks since I returned my order back to Niihai and ever since, they have ignored all of my emails, ignored me on social media and aren't refunding me. Their policy says 5 working days, it's been over 3 weeks now.

I've sent them proof of my return, with a photo from royal mail of the parcel at their doorstep.

Poor customer service, poor brand. Clothes were poor quality for the price (I paid £133 for 2 items). They can keep gifting influencers free stuff but you're never going to have any actual paying customers when you're as poor as this. Will never buy again from them.

Worst Customer service I've ever experienced. It's been over 2 months I have placed an order with still no line of sight by when I will receive it. Everytime I send them an email, they keep telling me its on the way. I try to ask them for a number I can call on and they just ignore. I would definitely 100% not recommend this brand to anybody, never been more frustrated in my life.

Not the greatest quality of clothing. Sizing is completely off and you just have to guess and hope for the best.
Most frustrating is paying £5.99 for postage and still not receiving the items after 5-6weeks.
Gave them benefit of the doubt and ordered again and I been waiting over 5 weeks now and my order still haven’t been sent.
Just avoid in my opinion

Not someone who usually leaves a review but so disappointed with the service. Ordered a parcel almost 3 weeks ago from Nii Hai, still hasn’t arrived. Customer service department extremely unhelpful want me to wait another week for a parcel that clearly isn’t going to arrive, which will be a 4 week lead time - I could of got something from China quicker. Paid £6 for first class delivery NiiHai refuse to refund this.
