Such CHEAP PLASTIC items. The jacket smelt of rotting fish due to the CHEAP materials they source from. Annoying because it was more expensive than high street retail

They have a pretty poor returns service/system, if you would like to return something you need to email them first to notify them - they take 2-3 days to get back to you which eats into the 14 day return policy, they then lay out pretty strict return guidelines:

“Proof of postage must be shown within 7 working days from now, or your return request will be canceled.“ and you need to print the returns form yourself which is a bit of a struggle when you don’t own a printer! These requirements are fine on their own however when emailing back to ask questions (if I could fill in the form online and email it to them) they then took another few days to respond, where they told me the following day was the last day I could post it (when I still had 1 week until the 14 days.

Overall, the process isn’t terrible but something to consider when ordering as there are a few hoops you need to jump through to return something - which on the website isn’t detailed as thoroughly. This process would probably mean I wouldn’t shop with them again as it seemed as if they were making the returns process more complicated to discourage customers from returning items.

Don't normally write reviews, but I bought a present for my girlfriend but I ordered the wrong item, and they helped me out inmediately and replaced within 48 hours

I love Niihai. I cannot recommend this brand enough. Always get loads of compliments. Quality for price is amazing and if I have ever had any issues they have been resolved straight away!

I would give 0 because they don’t deserve 1.

Ordered a jumpsuit, online it says delivery within 48 hours. They then emailed saying it’s on pre order for 3 weeks and changed it on the website.

I’ve emailed them and they are refusing to cancel my order.

All the other bad reviews are accurate. Avoid this company.

Going out of my way to write a review. Been more than a month since I ordered with no shipping updates whatsoever. It took commenting on their Instagram to finally get a response to my emails. DO NOT PURCHASE from Niihai if you are not in the UK.

Paid a lot of money for a bikini. In the photos it looked like a totally different shade of pink. I received a neon pink bikini. Also, the bottoms I ordered were called “hipster” and what I received was a thong. Totally different from what was pictured and looked like shein. They did end up refunding me for the bottoms. I am confused why the photos on the website aren’t the same as the actual products.

I ordered a swimsuit piece and it was "delivered" but never was. I asked for a refund as it was past summer and they said it wasn't possible. They blamed it on me and not paying for customs. I have been going back and forth to try and get a refund but it never happened

Have ordered several items from this brand over the years and they never disappoint <3 latest purchase was the Charli dress in grey, it arrived quickly and I'm obsessed! Highly recommend xxx

Ignores almost all emails, no returns information on website, return not refunded so my daughter has effectively had her birthday money stolen by this brand. AVOID

ordered a dress during their black friday sale a month ago and have not received any kind of shipping information. i emailed 3 times asking for clarification on when my order would ship only to be told that my order is “ready for dispatch” and still nothing nearly a week later. based on these reviews im expecting to not receive my order. i’ve seen a few other girls with the same problem comment on their instagram posts only for the comments to be deleted or hidden. save your money and buy from somewhere else that actually cares about their customers.

My Charli dress came super quickly and it looks amazing on. Can’t wait to wear it on my birthday :) Would defo recommend!

Bought boots at the beginning of September- it is now December 1st and they refuse to even update me on when they will ship.

Ordered a Pre-Ordered item on the site which I did’t mind waiting for as when the Boxer Boots came they were absolutely breathtaking and such great quality!!!!!

The team were helpful whenever having questions regarding the delayed shipping time for this item!
