The staff at Nassau RE are second to none. There is not a single company that employs better trained and professionals than Nassau RE.

I'm new to the company and can't say much about its performance I'm only basing my answer on the services I received from Tom who led me to your company

Katie went above and beyond to take care of my issue. At one point we were disconnected and she called me right back not once but 3 times. She hung in there with me while I confirmed that I could download my own scanned documents and get them sent to her. She reviewed the document and saw that I had forgotten to add the date signed. She stayed in the line while I did that on my end and then sent the documents back to her. She could have easily let my call seem successful when she received the first email with the documents. Thankfully, she didn't. This transfer is extremely important for me and she listened, she sympathized with me, easing my frustration and helping me feel confident that she could handle the issue. I am so grateful that she is the support representative that took my call. I personally did phone support for 26 years and I so appreciate second mile service!

Spoke with Julie today. She explained all my concerns and took ownership of my questions. She explained her replies in an easy way to understand .
She emailed my paperwork quickly and is generating 2 scenarios to show making monthly premiums and stopping payments for my review.

Sheila is a pro!! Been a faithful employee for decades!! She always finds a way to provide the best service. This company has had several names since I began in 1972. So many changes over all those years, but Sheila has been a great asset through it all.

The customer service agent was courteous and professional. She remained calm and helpful throughout our entire conversation.

Love the ladies I dealt with . They were very empathetic, pleasant,listened to what my situation entails, offered solutions and went out of the way to assist me. This was specially true ofDebbie D. Went beyond what I expected! Kudos also to Lori and Mary Grace.

I was disappointed however , that it takes 7-10 days for my annuity fund rarnings to be disperesrd to checking account. This, besides me sending an image of my bank check, to facilitate funds availability through direct deposit. Banks put additional holds on deposits, thus delaying funds availability further.

I had to acquire a bank loan to cover expenses which I had hope my annuity earnings would provide. This was for an emergency situation
