I have been contacting Nassau since December 2025 trying to establish a new checking account from which to pay my premiums. I have spoken to numerous 'insurance services' personnel and each time I am told to submit the ACH form to set up the draft and I am given an amount to mail a check for premiums due. I have done this 4 different times and every time, my payment is cashed by Nassau and then returned to me along with a letter saying it was the wrong amount. Subsequently the ACH forms have never been 'received' or else they were 'not signed'. This is a clear case of insurance fraud with the intent being to let the policy lapse so Nassau will not have to pay out upon death.

Elizabeth Crandall was professional and very helpful in answering all questions related to my Nassau policy. She sent an email with the requested information along with a detailed cover letter. Elizabeth also stayed on the line to make sure I received the email and to answer further questions.

The staff at Nassau RE are second to none. There is not a single company that employs better trained and professionals than Nassau RE.

Katie went above and beyond to take care of my issue. At one point we were disconnected and she called me right back not once but 3 times. She hung in there with me while I confirmed that I could download my own scanned documents and get them sent to her. She reviewed the document and saw that I had forgotten to add the date signed. She stayed in the line while I did that on my end and then sent the documents back to her. She could have easily let my call seem successful when she received the first email with the documents. Thankfully, she didn't. This transfer is extremely important for me and she listened, she sympathized with me, easing my frustration and helping me feel confident that she could handle the issue. I am so grateful that she is the support representative that took my call. I personally did phone support for 26 years and I so appreciate second mile service!
