Everything arrived in perfect condition exactly as described. Owner was very good about communicating every step of the process as the wheel I ordered (Leaperkim Oryx) had to get a motor replacement. The owner (Rob) was amazing with communicating everything with me, giving me tracking, and just being on top of everything I was very impressed and I never waited more than 30 minutes for an email back so I really appreciated that. The customer service at Next Gen Mobility is honestly outstanding and I will definitely be buying from them again next time I need to upgrade my wheel or buy accessories.

Their communication was beyond my expectations. Kept me in the loop on a regular basis since I had to order my product. It showed up on time, there were a couple extras and they let me know when they were coming and they showed up on time. There were no hiccups no surprises and even though I live in another state they will be my go-to from now on. They have the good products, best prices and best customer service. I was even able to chat with someone on a Sunday evening and they answered all my questions. To sum it up they're simply the Best!
