Bought multiple wheels from Rob, and a charger, all of the highest quality with same day shipping on some orders. Rob makes you feel comfortable buying expensive things on the internet. Highly reccomend.

Customer support was quick to respond to my questions and concerns. And they were able to get my Lynx-S to me in Canada in spite of UPS' incompetence.

I've purchased 2 EUC's from another company and had a great experience. Next Gen Mobility was offering the Nosfet Aeon which I purchased. Rob was great at answering my emails quickly and answering all of my questions. I did have an issue with the charger which Rob took care of with lightning-fast speed. Needless to say, in this day and age... GREAT customer service sometimes lack... BUT Rob made the whole transaction seemless... AND the after sale issue was corrected super fast! Rob went above and beyond. I'd easily recommend Next Gen Mobility to friends. I know I'd use them again on another purchase!! LOVE my new Nosfet Aeon!
