Absolutely amazing service
Newquay Cabs were absolutely amazing from the very start. Great family, trustworthy local people. My car had broken down and struggled to get to work reliably any other way, and this family went above and beyond to help me through this difficult situation, from recommending me to a local garage to referring me to someone who repaired it for me!
Will definitely be looking to them and recommending to anyone needing a taxi in the future.
I can’t thank you all enough, thank you for getting me to work and all your help.
Booking process is also very easy and reliable with their app/calling them and very clean cars, they always come very quickly.

The driver was very friendly
The driver was very friendly and helpful. The only issue was the price, which was £10 dearer than 123 Taxis for the same journey 🤔

It turns out our software (app) experienced a glitch and accidentally applied a Bank Holiday tariff to your journey this Monday - the system mistakenly thought it was the bank holiday from two weeks ago (May 25th), which caused that exact £10 difference. We are so sorry for this error! We are sending you a private message now to offer a discount on your next ride to make this right.

Great service, friendly driver who turned up bang on time. We were kept fully updated with text messages when the driver was on his way and when he arrived to pick us up. Would definitely recommend Newquay Cabs

Booked in advance good communication, easy payment process in advance. Taxis arrived promptly and the drivers were lovely. A comfortable ride home at the end of a long day and night.

Great flexibility - very professional!
Pre-booked a ride from Newquay to Padstow for 8 pm or later (in case our hikes takes longer than anticipated). Made it to Newquay much earlier than anticipated, NC were 100% flexible and took us back at 7 pm - picking us up on time. Very professional and friedly driver.

Easy, friendly, as promised.
Came to Cornwall for a special birthday and needed evening transport between Newquay and Padstow. The team at Newquay Cab were friendly, responsive and made everything simple and easy. On the night the taxi turned up on the out and back journeys as promised and the tracking app they use make the pick up timings perfect so no standing outside in the rain / chilly night waiting! Would definitely use these guys again

Suzie from the Newquay Cab Team met me at the airport and drove me to my holiday accommodation. She was very friendly and really helpful, making sure I could access my accommodation and carrying my luggage up the steps for me. I would be very happy to recommend the service that she provided.
