Poor follow-up servive

We have used this company many times, so decided to use them again for a blind on our high up, diffcult to access window on the stairs/landing. With some emailing back and forth we worked out to get a blind with a longer chain so we could operate the blind from the stairs. (we didn't want a remote operated blind as this would also be difficult to manage). The order was placed and paid on 03/07. By end of July still no blind. I had to chase them at least 3 times via email as I got no response on the phone. We then received the blind on 08/08 and the longer chain had not been delivered. As of today - 27/08, still no chain has been received. I have emailed them 4 times, left phone messages. I have been told that the factory is actioning this, but still no chain which makes the blind useless. Blind looks great and is good quality, but the follow up process is so frustrating that I don't think I'll order anything else from this company.

Thank you for your feedback. It's much appreciated. I do understand and share your frustration.

I have had a look through the correspondence and can see that you had some discussions with myself and Gemma prior to placing your order about the best control method and appropriate (legally compliant) chain length.

I can assure you that despite the blind being delivered late, the instruction regarding the longer chain was passed to and acknowledged by the fabricator.

Upon notification that the chain length had not been manufactured correctly, a new side winder was sent and posted personally by their factory manager.

We have asked for another one to be sent by tracked delivery and the factory manager has confirmed back to Anna that this will happen.

I am going to follow up with him myself now and will ask for tracking details that we can send to you also.

I'm so sorry for the initial delay and that for some reason the replacement side winder has not made it to you.

I'll contact you directly by email also.

Failure to deliver order

I placed an order and attempted to contact them when they did not arrive. You CANNOT speak to anyone and the phone message directs you to e-mail. Very suspicious that there is no way of telephone contact. Very poor and blinds have still not arrive after received a message to say the date they would be dispatched, be very aware of this company.

Thank you for the review.

Please accept my apologies that your blinds have been delayed. We have some issues at the moment with staffing, which have delayed our production process on some products.

I can see that you have been in contact with our customer services team who have provided updates when requested by email.

I understand you have once been given a dispatch date and this has passed. My colleagues have been in contact with the factory again today who have confirmed that the order will be dispatched tomorrow.

All of our customer services team work from home currently. They have variable internet speed and background noise especially in the school holidays. As such, during busy summer periods especially, we do ask customers to email for the most prompt response from our team.

Ordered blinds on 12/7/25 to which was…

Ordered blinds on 12/7/25 to which was supposed to take 12-15 working days they arrived 6 weeks later. I am still waiting for a part that was missing from the original order. After a text conservation with the managing director all issues resolved to my satisfaction

Excellent product

Good quality blinds at a good price

Good quality blinds at a good price. Items came on time. Customer services were also helpful - both before buying the blinds to make sure they would work in our situation, but also to replace rails that for some reason had not been cut to the correct length

Production Difficulties Well Handled

I bought 2 large motorised Venetian Blinds for the kitchen. Now they are up, they look great, and the functionality is exactly what I wanted.
Things can go wrong in any organisation, and there was a long delay between order and delivery. Apparently, this was due to a collapse of the supply chain. The measure of a company is how they deal with customers when things go wrong.
Gemma took control of the situation and provided plenty of information in regular updates. The situation was handled effectively and professionally.
I am about to order a matching blind for another room.

Ordered almost six weeks ago still no…

Ordered almost six weeks ago still no sign of them. Had to chase up multiple times not really had a satisfactory response and still don’t have the fly screens.

Please accept my apologies that there have been delivery issues with your order.
As explained in our earlier email, your order was dispatch and mis-routed by the carrier. They located the parcel and were due to return to the factory for inspection and re-delivery.
I would have expected this to happen by now, so I will check with the factory as to the status and we'll make contact with you my email.

Not Recommended

Waited 4 weeks for delivery when delivered it was faulty, managed to assemble the blind even though no instructions were supplied and the assembly video on the web site was for a different fixing system to the one I received !!. The installation instructions were also incorrect but managed to install the blind. Not impressed with the operation of the blind verry clunky and light shows through both sides of the blind would not recommend the blind.

We do specify on the product page that there will be light ingress around the edges of the fabric between the frame.
