Good Product - Not Delivered on Time
Product is great - production and delivery time was not met.

Not Recommended
Waited 4 weeks for delivery when delivered it was faulty, managed to assemble the blind even though no instructions were supplied and the assembly video on the web site was for a different fixing system to the one I received !!. The installation instructions were also incorrect but managed to install the blind. Not impressed with the operation of the blind verry clunky and light shows through both sides of the blind would not recommend the blind.

I'm sorry to hear that there difficulties with the fitting process and that the lead time was longer than the 2-3 weeks quoted.
I can see that my colleague Anna assisted you remotely, and in the end it seems that the issue was resolved. However, you are welcome to contact us should there be further issues.
We do specify on the product page that there will be light ingress around the edges of the fabric between the frame.

worth the wait
Worried at first because it took a bit longer to arrive than advertised however it was worth the with. These are not the cheapest but the quality of workmanship is superb. Take the time to measure your recess inside the windows exactly to the MM. it will make your fitting a dream, Two windows in 10 minutes! I used glue for the sides.

Unfortunately the quality of the mesh in this product is pretty poor, it’s just the same fabric that someone would make a tutu from. It’s not up for the job we wanted it for.

Venetian blinds 25mm
Another great purchase of white Venetian blinds from you. Having successfully purchased and installed these blinds for a family member, they asked if they could have them throughout the rest of the house, so another 9 were ordered. They arrived very quickly and because we’ve purchased before, installation was hassle free and completed in record time. All fitted perfectly and have transformed the windows. Very happy - thank you ☺️

Well worth the wait
Had to wait 4weeks for delivery
Apart from that the fly screens were much better than expected and they fitted perfectly looked so good and sturdy you could not see them until they were pulled down.
Well worth waiting for we have now ordered 4 more for the rest of the house

Well-made blinds and excellent service
Well-made blinds, speedy responses from Gemma in customer service and they endevoured to meet delivery deadline for me. Blinds I installed several years ago from previous order still working fine. Very happy with product and service.

My recent experience with New Blinds was good, the only thing I was't happy about is that I had to contact the company about my order because I was waiting longer to be deliver than I should. But anyway the response from customer service was quick and order was send ASAP. Overall I will recommend them to anyone who need good quality product.

Definitely recommend
Took a little longer than usual to receive my blind but this was due to high demand.
I am very pleased with my blind as they are well made and easy to install.
This is the third blind I have purchased and will definitely use them again in the future.
