Excellent experience with the guys at Newark Copper Cylinder.
I needed a custom made dimension horizontal vented cylinder and they were the only ones with a good price on it.
Order process was all done through email (as it was custom order) but it went so very smooth.
Manufacturing and delivery was surprisingly fast as well (in just under 10 days).

In 2008 I was looking for a couple of water cylinders as part of my house extension and renovation. I have wet and electric solar and a wood burner. Newark appeared in a search of the internet. Their website was encouraging, so I called them to discuss my needs as they said that they did custom cylinder, and my needs and space available seemed special to me. They gave me a lot of help on the phone, not just what I thought I wanted but also how best to do what I wanted. So I ordered up what we finally settled upon. They delivered very quickly, and the quality and presentation is excellent. 10 years later their cylinders have proved to be perfect. They were exactly what I needed and have given me 10 years service without issue, and look to give me many more years of service. Whether you're looking for a pretty standard size cylinder, are trying to replace a failed cylinder, or are needing a custom one to incorporate your boiler, solar and electric then these guys are the goto to guys to call.

Very quick response to my order and all arrived in good condition. I ordered two Taconova temperature control valves in order to refurbish the two fitted on my Newark thermal store. For this application all I really need is the internal capsule and body seal to use as a refurbishment kit, but ordering the whole valve and extracting the capsule seems to be the only way to achieve this. If Newark offered a refurbishment kit that would be a more economic option for me, as I seem to have to do this job every 5 years or so.
