The customer service is first class and…
The customer service is first class and as I have ordered several lots of pearls I have asked for specific things and I love the comment box where you can leave a message for the picker it's so useful. I find if I have contacted them for any reason I get a prompt reply. The pearls I have received have been beautiful. I would not hesitate to recommend this company and I will continue to buy from them

Quality beads at affordable prices
I buy mainly gemstone beads along with some findings. I love the quality of the beads, that the photos and descriptions are detailed at accurate, so I not only know the grade of the items, but also their origin and treatment

High quality supplies
Everything I have bought from the curious gem is very good quality at a competitive price.
Orders always arrive quickly and I started using this company as I couldn’t get what I was looking for anywhere else so they are the first place I look for anything I need for my jewellery projects.
They also have a nice range of pre made jewellery if you are looking for a quick gift to buy.

I suggested a customer ordered directly from TCG before a workshop and because she was a novice, she ordered incorrectly sized bezel cups - they rang her to explain and talked her through the correct ones.
