Service was quick and easy, the website was easy to use and the packaging was efficient so the glass bottles arrived intact. They arrived by Royal Mail so didn't get delivered to the wrong house!

made to order is excellent and reliable. they respond immediately but they need whatsapp calling option, when i wanted to reorder or cancel order i needed to buy mobile credits to call them. A calling option by whatsapp is extremely convenient and faster

Awful customer service

You didn't reply to my email or my telephone messages. The address on my parcel was wrong AND I HAD TO CORRECT IT WITHOUT YOUR HELP

Poor Customer Service and Unclear Return Policy – Strongly Disappointed


I accidentally placed an incorrect order and contacted customer service within 10 minutes of making the purchase. However, there was no immediate response from any staff member.

It took two days before someone finally replied. Communication regarding the return process then continued for almost 10 days, only for me to be informed in the end that the company does not normally have a return policy, and that if I truly wanted to return the item, I would need to send it back by post at my own expense.

During this exchange, the customer service representative explained that she was the only person handling customer service and had to manage a very large volume of emails, and that she was trying her best. While I understand and sympathize with her situation, this experience clearly shows that the company’s customer service system is poorly structured and inadequate.

When I later asked for clearer instructions or alternative solutions, I was no longer able to contact anyone. Because of this lack of follow-up, I did not feel safe sending the parcel back, as I was concerned it might be lost with no responsible staff member available to track or confirm the return.

I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this company. The products are significantly more expensive than on Amazon, and the after-sales service is extremely poor and unprofessional.

If your company does not have a return policy, this should be clearly stated from the beginning.

And if you do not have sufficient resources to properly staff a customer service team, you should not direct customers to contact customer service, as this only wastes time for both parties and causes unnecessary frustration.
