Nothing on the shelf, staff like headless chickens. A person in front of me had been trying to get a prescription for almost a week, only to be told it's been out of stock for a while and will be out of stock for a while.

No investigation/concern from staff around what the prescription is for! Not everything is pile cream! These are life assisting medications that can't just be 'stopped' or 'missed'.

Poor customer was told to call 112. Come on guys, this community deserves better!

Being directly linked to a Dr's surgery like this should be a privilege, not a profit making scheme and should be reviewed regularly!

I'm sure there are many pharmacies who would welcome this opportunity! Do better.

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used and I have been using them since before they moved from Tesco express area where subway is. Eventually had enough of the terrible service. Every time I’m in there for over 30 minutes where my prescription has been there for over a week. Got more wings than I know what to do with and they really don’t care. They know that they are used for convenience because they are joined to the doctors so people put up with the bad service as I have done for years. Enough is enough and I will never go back

Excellent Tredegar pharmacy.
Knowledgeable staff, from customer service to the pharmacists.
Used for many years and they have always been happy, helpful and polite when I speak to them.
Simply the best, caring, 5* delivery service.
My 'go to chemist' for help and highly recommended.

In fairness after my recent poor review I went into the Caerphilly store today and the gentleman went above and beyond. Credit where credit is due.

I can only relate this review to the pharmacy at Nantgarw Rd Med centre. The turn around time here is terrible, there appear to be plenty of staff standing around achieving very little. The latest episode, my partner rang to confirm her prescription only to be told it hadn't come from the doctor. After calling the surgery to confirm it had gone over the day after being submitted, she called Nelsons again and a woman told her it was in and ready so, the first guy obviously didn't check at all then lied. EXTREMELY bad service.
