After weeks of prevarication & delay by NHS providers, I instructed Nellie Supports on 01 February with an up-front, transparent, fixed fee payment for a COP3 Mental Health Assessment. Prompt & professional throughout. Within 48 hours a home visit appointment was made for 12 days hence. The assessor was incredibly patient with her confused, suspicious & resistant subject, cajoling & reassuring throughout. The completed COP3 report was received 48 hours later on 18 February. Consummately professional and prompt. Exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommended.Excellent value.
