The mattress topper was extremely disappointing. It was not cooling at all and was far too soft due to the cheap, poor quality filling. It provided no proper back support and was very uncomfortable to sleep on. Unfortunately, I was unable to request a refund because I had already opened the packaging.

The pillows were equally disappointing. They were far too high and uncomfortable, and after using them I experienced neck problems.

Overall, I would not recommend this product. The quality did not match the description or expectations, and I regret purchasing it.

Very pleased with the quality and price of the products

I wanted a super king fitted sheet with a 40 cm depth. Rohi were recommended by Google, I had never used them before but as the sheet was considerably cheaper than the Dorma one I was looking at I ordered from them. I was very pleased with the sheet. Plenty large enough, seems good quality and is really soft to sleep on. Very happy with delivery and the product.

Terrible product smelt of chemicals and was not manufactured in the UK (China). I had to throw it away and replace it with a UK Slumberland manufactured product. Do not buy from this company

Nice comfortable topper but think I received the wrong type. I ordered the cooling topper but received a comfortable as a cloʻud topper. I must say though that my bed is much more comfortable.

Pleased with microfibre fitted sheets and pillowcases pity I can't buy flat sheets from your site . Delivery better than Amazon or was it tham after all

Honestly this company is nothing but a SCAM !! STAY away
they have send me cushions that is nothing like the description, flat, no body to them , so small and really nothing like the description, so I request a return label they sent it to me , so I ordered again the whole lot again AFTER they send me the return label , I went to the post office and the return label does not even work 🙈 and they are now asking to see more pictures of the cushions! this company have given me depression and lied to me sending me a fake returns label, I have been 3 times to the post office with all these cushions and I have a small baby ( I was in tears YET again when they told me the label doesn't work )

I have been trying to make a return for 2 weeks. I have so far sent 4 emails, no reply!! I also tried to call the customer service number about 3 times a day for 2 days. Nobody ever answered. It just rings for a while then says phone is unavailable. I am very disappointed and very annoyed to be honest.

Ordered the V shaped pillow, did wonders for my sleep. I'm constantly tossing and turning and this was the best pillow for me. Order was delivered on time and exactly as shown on the website. Would highly recommend.

Great experience

I've placed an order on the 22nd of January and today is 10th of February and still waiting for the order to be delivered. I've wrote Rohi Home twice yet still not a single return from them.
