I paid over £3,000 in November for a sofa that was supposed to be delivered before Christmas. Months later, I am still waiting.
Multiple delivery dates have been arranged and on every occasion the company has failed to turn up, with no explanation. Customer service has been rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful.
This company is holding thousands of pounds of my money with no sofa and no reliable delivery date. The experience has been stressful and unacceptable.

I had a very poor experience with NCF Living from start to finish.
NCF sold me a bed and accepted my order with a delivery address provided. After the sale, they then refused to deliver the bed to that address. Instead of working with me on a reasonable solution, they attempted to charge me £50 per week in storage fees.
The situation was made worse because my new build house was delayed due to adverse weather, which was entirely outside my control and caused by the house builder, not me. Despite this being clearly explained, NCF Living showed no flexibility or understanding.
Their head office customer care "Lynn K" and "Sally W" were extremely frustrating. They went weeks without responding, and when they did reply, they repeatedly sent the same generic email response, ignoring the questions and concerns I had raised. There was no attempt to engage properly or find a fair resolution.
Overall, this felt like a complete lack of customer care once payment had been taken. I would strongly advise anyone considering NCF Living to be very cautious, get everything in writing, and be aware of potential extra charges if anything doesn’t go perfectly.
