I ordered a dining table and chairs just after Christmas and I am still waiting for it to arrive. The first expected delivery date came and went, and so has the second but without any contact from the store. It's been 6 weeks. So much for "fast delivery " as claimed on the website!

If I could give it less than 1 star I would!
Purchased a sofa in October - promised Christmas delivery but never happened! Phone lines don’t work, they don’t respond to emails.
Come January finally contacted via email - the sofa had been ready since 8th December and we were due to be charged storage fees.
Multiple chasing up for delivery etc etc - ensured me it was being looked into. I drove 45 minutes from Teesside to Gateshead twice and the lady behind the desk blatantly lied and one week said I would be contacted Monday/tuesday. The next week it was Thursday/Friday as “it was ready and just sitting in collections”.
Went into the shop today demanding to speak to manager - the bits for the electric and recliner parts aren’t there so it’s not even ready?!
So not only were they trying to charge us storage but lied about it being ready back in early December. We’re waiting until this week then we’re going to get a refund - absolutely diabolical company!

The first review was in store and was prompted by the member of staff.
I felt very uncomfortable and pressured in giving the review in store.
I just wanted to get out the store.
I am autistic and this pressure really affected me and made me extremely uncomfortable.
At first we thought the review didn’t go through but when I got home I seen that it had.
I have been trying to contact by phone and e mail to cancel my order.
No one is answering the phone or responding to my e mail.
Shocking customer service.
Please do not go to this store.

Sales service when you are in store is great, friendly and helpful. Customer service after that is shocking. Have tried for over a week to pay balance and change delivery address. I don’t live near store and have had no response to multiple emails and unable to get through on the phone (just get a message saying they are unable to take your call and to email but I’m only phoning as they won’t respond to emails!). Have made 2 hour round trip to store to pay so here’s hoping I’ll be contacted as promised to sort delivery.

By far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Phones constantly off and when they are on you get cut off after 5 minutes. Ordered my sofa for Christmas delivery and they said they will be in touch when it was available to pay and arrange delivery. It is now February and the only update we have had is that they forgot to give it to the courier. We are still without a sofa!
