They took my complaint seriously. They followed through, right to the end and made sure I was happy with the outcome. They could fix the glitches in there website then complaints like mine would be none existent.

The StandSecure walking stick is a good product for tall people but it did not adjust low enough for me to be able to use it to help in standing from a seated position. I should have checked the range of height adjustment before buying. Customer service was great in helping me with the problem.

This company's personnel were easy to deal with regarding the concerns I was experiencing! I appreciate Customer Service going above and beyond to help me.

The cane's flashlight, reflector and alarm didn't work so it was promptly replaced with a working one. Thank you so much.

Some features on my cane had stopped working very soon after I purchased it, namely the alarm, red safety light, and then the flashlight. As all of these features failed so soon after I had installed new batteries, I assumed it was not a battery problem. I called the NAXIR “help” number expecting to get the run around with a AI robot, but reached a very friendly and helpful NAXIR representative who stated that I would soon be contacted by someone who would be able to find a solution to my issue. And, I did immediately receive several emails from NAXIR voicing concern about my cane. The latest email came from Rachelle, who suggested that although I had installed new batteries upon receiving my cane, I should try switching these out with different batteries. Lo and behold, all of the cane’s cool features are again working. I am very impressed with NAXIR’s Customer Service team.

Paid for expedited processing but not getting my order expedited!

Customer service is very efficient and courteous. The product is very sturdy and provides safety features that other canes do not.

The cane we purchased is a good choice for my husband, He likes the different features on it.

The Naxir stick is superior to the one I had previously bought. The base is wider, the batteries stay in place as the door fixes strongly.
When there was a problem with one of the base feet the company responded swiftly to my email and are sending a replacement stick.

The light and alarm did not work, despite changing the batteries three rimes.

The shoes are great for walking and help my balance. The only issue is that they start to feel uncomfortable after a while when you're sitting down. You just have to take them off for a while and put them back on when you're ready to go walking again. I don't consider that a serious problem, however.

I consider this to be a first class company.
I dealt with a human which makes a change.
Their product is also first class. I would buy from them again.

The fact that I will get my money back, and keep the cane? Worked for me. Thank you.

I had a problem with a purchase and when I talked to them about it they immediately sent me a replacement. They were very helpful.

Quick response time and I received more than expected.

The response to receipt of a defective product was almost immediate and concluded to my entire satisfaction. A replacement is already being prepared for shipment
