I was initially disappointed when I received my canes because the flashlights did not work on either one of them. However, I really liked the handle, which helped me stand up. When I contacted Customer Service and sent them videos and pictures showing the issue with the flashlights, they promptly sent me a replacement cane that works wonderfully. I appreciate the quality of the product and the excellent customer service. Although it takes quite a while for the canes to be delivered, they are definitely worth the wait.

The product is amazing with the light and alarm. The product came promptly.

It would have been helpful to include printed directions for inserting the batteries.

The cane doesn't go low enough for my 5'4" height. The foldable extra handle isn't long enough to really help me get up from a chair, the cane is too expensive. I do like the light and emergency signal.

Would have liked some info on type of batteries needed, and correct direction of insertion. Otherwise, looks good.

They took my complaint seriously. They followed through, right to the end and made sure I was happy with the outcome. They could fix the glitches in there website then complaints like mine would be none existent.
