Used Chris and Clare to book several holidays now, as a family of 6 with a tight budget it’s not always easy fulfilling our needs but they’ve smashed it out of the park with every booking.
They are both so friendly and helpful.
I will never use anyone else to book my holidays again.

Absolute quality travel agents. Chris has organised our honeymoon trip for us, a tour of Tuscany. It’s the attention to detail, thinking about where the hotels and B&B’s are in relation to the train stations as we are using rail to get about. It’s completely stress free and I’m delighted with the service. Trust me, just use them, you won’t be disappointed. It’s nice to find a travel agent that’s switched on and cares about their customers like Chris and Claire do. Bravo Natsammia Travel!

Chris has booked our last 5 holidays and we haven’t been disappointed, from fantastic deals and upgrades to amazing customer service. Nothing is too much trouble, on one of our breaks away we unfortunately had our return flight cancelled for reasons beyond anyone’s control however that didn’t stop Chris staying up late at night to ensure we had minimum disruption and sorting our flights back.

Natsammia not only booked our 2 weeks holiday to Kos but also found the perfect hotel and wedding venue for us! I can't speak highly enough about them! We gave the dates and budget and Chris did the rest! And it was better than we could ever have imagined!! Any issues we're dealt with efficiently and no issue was considered too small or big! We've given him a few headaches I know but he has always been calm and assured and that was a massive help to us with the stresses of getting married! Communication is 1st class. Day or night always there to help and guide you. Much more helpful than booking online or a big travel agent. We have used Chris a good few times now and will do so moving forwards!! Couldn't ask for anymore!

Traveled with these guys a few times first class service nothing was to much for them from beginning to end alway on the end of a phone if needed we have never had a bad holiday with this company we can't recommend them enough

We use Natsammia Travel all the time now. From long haul multi-centre trips that they put together based on your needs/budget to short haul long weekends. Did a price matched TUI holiday this year to Croatia and Chris arranged private transfers at no extra cost which is a big difference to sitting on a multi-stopping coach!!!!

There is always someone at the end of a phone or email who responds very quickly to questions or issues. Try getting that from an app

I can also honestly say that none of the big companies have ever bothered to thank me for my business. The personal touch goes a long way in my book!!

Nothing was too much trouble for Chris in particular when my father in law was mortally ill in hospital, he did his best to sort our short notice travel arrangements back to the UK from outside of the EU.highly recommend
