Just back from another holiday book by Chris at Natsammia Travel, the third we have now booked with them.
Chris & Claire always go the extra mile to get us just what we are looking for, even if I keep changing the goal posts 😅.
But it's the little things that make it special for me, filling in all paperwork, API's, checking in on line & sending boarding passes. then the little checking in messages while we are away.

We booked our holiday to Thailand last year for November 2025 for 2 wks with Natsammia Travel, our advisor Chris took us through the whole process as it was our 1st time long haul travelling, his input was invaluable and he was so friendly and professional, nothing was too much trouble. We also called him a number of times to re-check details for us which he did immediately as we were nervous travelling all that way. He put our minds at rest. Our holiday was amazing and everything went to plan, all the transfers etc, Thailand definitely has a place in our hearts. Natsammia Travel did a really good job on our behalf. I told them our resort, tour operator, hotel, room type & board. Flew out early morning as requested. Our room was perfect, balcony overlooking the beach directly below us.

I would like to thank Chris and his team for helping us organise a bespoke trip to Australia to see our son and also involved seeing the cricket on Boxing Day in Melbourne. They sorted flights, car hire, transfers and hotels for us. We had an amazing time, seen some beautiful places, stayed in some beautiful hotels and made a lot of memories.
