Alex and Jay were fantastic. Arrived on time, calling us when on there way to give us an ETA. Really efficient, polite, clearly knew what they were doing. Watching them fill the van was like a game of Tetris - they filled every possible space! No breakages at all. Would definitely recommend. We really liked that Alex was also the person that did our survey so he was someone we had met.

Awful company. I had a full review here but they’ve threatened legal action that I can’t be bothered to deal with. Added so much stress to our move

The team were excellent from booking to the on the day experience. Got multiple quotes and they were the best value for money and worth every penny. Didn't have to lift a finger, nothing broken, went above and beyond.
Even came back to hand-deliver a few screws and pieces that were left on the van. Would recommend this time to anyone - thanks Lads for all the hard graft!

The four lads that we had out today were brilliant, good communication throughout and more than willing.
We moved 70 miles so they had a full day ahead of them but were polite and measured from start to finish.

I used National Moves for my recent house move and I must say that I am a very satisfied customer.

CEOs always say that their employees are their best assets. For National Moves, it is literally true.

Bradley, Anicet, and Alex were great ambassadors for National Moves. Not only did they move our 4-bed from end-to-end, but they also did it with a smile.

These chaps packed our stuff and loaded them in their vans on day 1. They then drove to our new property (about 4 hour drive).

When they arrived the following day, they started unloading and unpacking. What is more amazing is that, even though they had been working from the previous day, these 3 guys were still smiling!

What is even more satisfying is that when they were done, our new home was good to go - everything was back where it belonged - from the living room to the bedrooms, to the kitchen - everything was set.

If you think I am done, think again! When they finished, their Lead, Alex went around the house with me, checking that everything was in order.

In the process, I made request for some things to be moved and they did it without complaining.

It is the most amazing service I have ever received from a company.

I really want to say a big thank you to Bradley, Anicet, and Alex for making our move so easy and fun. My family and I are very grateful.

Alex and Bradley were superb. They were efficient, friendly, and made us feel we were in really safe hands. They worked extremely hard, especially up 4 flights of stairs on unloading, and kept smiling the whole way. Would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I would not recommend this company at all. They are unprofessional and do not honor their contract but they will try to get more money out of you. DO NOT USE THEM.

28/02/2022: TO ADD IS COMPANY IS NOT REGISTERED IN THE UK AND THEY ARE NOT VAT REGISTERED. I HAVE EMAILED MULTIPLE TIMES AND TO DATE HAVE HAD NO RESPONSE TO MY CLAIMS, THEY ALSO BROKE MY FURNITURE AND FRAUDULENTLY CHARGED VAT WHEN THEY ARE NOT VAT REGISTERED.

Movers were great. Very efficient and friendly.

Do not use this company! We got 3 quotes for removal firms for a small 3 bed house. They were the cheapest and seemed official so we booked with them. Delivered complimentary boxes in advance as promised. Moving day itself was a disaster. They arrived at 8:15 with a 3.5t Luton van which didn't look big enough. Sure enough by mid morning (10:30) they said they needed to go and get another small transit van as not everything would fit in. They then disappeared to get the other van. In the meantime I get an email (no call) to advise that the next van would cost £600, and would not be released until we paid. Tried to call them but only got a messaging service so could not speak to them direct. Had no choice but to pay invoice and pray. Two hours and a lot of stress later they arrive back at 12:30pm (we had already completed at this point and our buyers were waiting patiently to move in). We eventually left at 1:30pm. When we arrived at the new house they arrived 30 mins after us (even though we had taken a detour to collect the keys), and began unloading. We then get another call advising that we are now over our 8 hour booked slot (even though 2 hours was spent getting another van) and we would have to pay extra AGAIN before they unload the second van. This amounted to ANOTHER £700 for an extended slot. They eventually left at 6:30pm. Essentially held our possessions at ransom TWICE in the same day. A very stressful and expensive experience, should have booked a reputable company in the first place.

Removal guys were absolutely fantastic from quote stage through to the actual day. Jay and his team were so helpful and patient even though we had to wait until late afternoon for our keys on a Friday afternoon!! Will definitely be using again when we move in the future- thank you guys

Jay and his crew (Richard and Aaron) are extremely professional. I needed help with one of my wardrobe’s door assembly and Jay offered to do it for free. He also turned up on his off day to help with my move so that I could reach my new home on time (his crew was being tested for COVID and he wanted to make sure I don’t get delayed). He also kept me up-to date during the entire process. Overall a great experience and will certainly recommend to use their services.
